High expectations... Big letdown...

Food - We ordered a large 16" White pizza with onions and mushrooms, which came to the total of $27.47. It was absolutely not worth the money. Bland is the perfect definition to pair with the pizza we received. The only flavor that popped through was the garlic. We could barely taste the onions/mushrooms, or the mozzarella cheese, and the cheese pull was so disappointing. The onions and mushroom toppings were soggy/spongy, as if the top of the pizza never received a kiss of heat from the oven like most pizza often do. The dough/crust had a great texture, which was crispy/chewy/soft in all the right places, but it too was also lacking flavor! Maybe we have been spoiled with less expensive brick oven pizza cooked over a fire... Or maybe the pizza simply doesn't match the price tag... Disappointing experience for the family to say the least.

Service - The employees literally finished their conversation about life before greeting us. We stood in front of the register for about 10 seconds watching them close up their conversation, just for them to look over at my son and I as if we magically...

What a shame of a restaurant. Went here for the first time. I don't know who oversees the kitchen but they need help. I ordered two spaghetti and meatballs with two greek salads. They charge for the flavorless meatball. Everything was bland. The noodles tasted like the noodles that are in the spaghetti and meatballs in the can. The noodles also tasted like they just sit in water for days you know like the kids spaghetti in the can on the shelf at food lion. The pasta sauce is pizza sauce. The Greek salads were just made up in their version. No taste of and herbs at all. Tasted completely like baby food in a jar. All this for about 70 dollars. What a joke. Just a knock off of a restaurant giving you below average food for a high price. Folks that have 4 stars i guess you don't know what quality food is and when someone puts there name behind what they serve. Go to sopranos if you want good food. I wanted to give this store a try but sometimes you have to pay the price but never again. My money is going towards someone that puts their respect in serving tasteful pasta or food. Sorry sopranos i will not betray you...

I had 2 slices, which were retoasted while I waited. The kitchen is very open, so I saw the comradery that executed such a small order as mine. Customer service was 5 star worthy. Was greeted with a smile, and the generous host brought my slices to me in the nice little dining area.

The crust was light and crispy, how I like it. However, the first thing i noticed was the flat pepperoni. I recall another review showing pepperonis with natural casing that cups up when fired upon. Something that distinguishes pizza for me.

The cheese was like liquid, but not right for a pizza. It felt like it was struggling to stay on. And for those reasons, I'm out..........😅. No.. I'll probably try again on...
