As I am writing this review I had to check to make sure this was the correct location. They definitely deserve better than a 3.5 rating! If anyone remembers they used to be here a couple years ago and then had a rebuild to what they are now. It wasn't very memorable then but NOW this is a well run establishment. Every employee is nice and I've never had to wait long for hot and fresh food. Even during busy hours I can only remember 1 instance my food wasn't correct and honestly it wasn't that big of a deal because it was a free 6 piece from my points and instead I recieved a 4. Lol I'm surely not going to complain about free food! The other time, my fiance ordered a large fry and it was a tad crunchy dry, they hopped on it so quick and fixed it! There's not many instances of them fixing problems as they usually get it right the first time! I haven't frequented another location in over a year! I don't know if management reads this but in the drive through, service inside, and pick up (as a dasher & customer) they really do make my life easier! I can't help but give them their props 👏 please keep up the excellent work and know it is super refreshing to see smiling faces. Thank You! I am truly happy for this edition in our area! Again, I can't possibly see why they'd have a score less than a 4.5 as they are really attentive and great at customer service! If you're super loyal to a different local location I'd take a chance and give this branch a try, it's worth it! 😉 Also, the rumor about the fries is true! The days of shoving fries down your face before they get cold are OVER. I find myself often dropping in to use my app and get any size fry for $1.19. I was surprised by the flavor and retention. They taste better and last longer than Wendy's who claims to have a new method for keeping their fries warm.

Also, thier sweet Tea TASTES like sweet tea. Yet another reason to give this location a try. It's not too sweet but you're definitely not wondering where the sugar is which leaves you with a pleasant drinking experience. What most branches don't realize is this gives customers the OPTION to request 1/2 sweet- 1/2 unsweet if they want a partially sweetened tea. This is how it used to taste back in the day when they (McD's in general) had Styrofoam cups. I haven't found a branch in the area who can rival with the way they make their tea! Oh yeah the cookies! There have been multiple occasions where I have ordered cookies and I was asked to pull into a drive through wait area. (If you are asked to do this, please DON'T get frustrated. Think of it like a fast food VIP 😋 😉 You are likely going to be met with some of the Hottest fresh FOOD you can get here). Then after about 2 or 4 minutes a nice employee strolls out and informs me to be careful the cookies are hot and very soft 🤤. The last time I got them they were layed out on a big breakfast tray beautifully. As i write this I realize it sounds as if I am talking abot a fine dining establishment and promise I'm not making this up. They are just really good here and I ENJOY coming here not as a "I'm hungry and i just need food choice" , but as a "Hmmm let's get some fast food tonight and we pick here."

In fact, i think it's been the WORST service so far at any location with the slow service (10-15 minute wait), hostility, unwillingness to help out and the nonchalant manager and crew. The low-quality crew makes a huge lack of effort to help out or to take our orders for myself and a friend and we saw the difference right away after walking inside this restaurant. Buyers beware in there with this disgusting service (or lack of it). We were basically ignored for a good 10-15 minutes until the cashier decided to pay us any attention. Even then, she told us that there's nothing that she can do about our mobile orders which she claimed that she could not see on her terminal. It was clear that she didn't even want to help out. She even pointed out that just because we had our mobile orders in, that doesn't mean that we've paid, so we would need to pay again. When I asked another employee about our mobile orders, he was even worse and blew me off right away, saying 'I can't help you right now' in a very aggressive, curt, rude, and unprofessional way. My friend was a witness to that interaction. The employee is Hispanic, with thick-rimmed, black glasses, youngish like 25 years-old, a bit heavy-set, at least 5' 5", and had a black hoodie on with no name tags on. Based on this atrocious service, this particular McDonald's location seriously and immediately needs customer service training, in addition to an overhaul here of employees- and manager. Read moreI’m so stupid to go here again. I thought after the fire and the building being renovated it might have changed. I ordered happy meals for 3 kids. And they would not eat the fries the nuggets were hard but they ate 4 out of 12 nuggets. I just can’t believe I even asked the cashier who was very nice please let me have sone fresh fries cause last time they’re where so hard the kids won’t eat them. These are like eating Doritos. They where that hard and it’s the 2nd visit with the same issue. I worked in fast food when I was a teenager. And it seems like they refry them after it sat. Because the color is supposed to be golden not brown.

So I must add. I went back there and gave them all the food and asked for my money back. The guy was nice. He told me to hold on. Called someone on the phone. Returned my money. And offered me the same meal for free. That was nice of them. I did not expect that and only asked for my money. Well. The fries were still burnt. Lol But the fries always in pics. Look light yellow and not brown crispy. Maybe that’s just how this store makes it. Sone people may like it like that. My kids don’t. But I must say he was nice.
