McDonald's — Restaurant in Virginia

First off I'm a pretty patient person but this is the FIFTH time I've had an issue with this location! The employees who work there are constantly more interested in talking to each other than doing their jobs. This last time I came through the drive through and got a 20 piece nugget and two McDoubles plain. Not difficult and I was the only one there at 9 pm so it should have been even easier. The lady who took my order rushed me through and never gave me my receipt didn't even wait for me to take my card before turning around and closing the window. Than the manager, I could tell because he had a different attire, handed me my food and it was wrong. I don't know how hard it is to take the party and just put cheese on it and that's it but it seems pretty easy. The employees continually show a lack of care with their customers and the management from what I've seen is the same. I go to this location because after a long day it's easy but I'm tired of constantly not knowing if I'm going to get what I order. You know it bad when I find out all the McDonald's on rt3 are owned by the same family. What disrespectful these people must be. All the McDonald's are broke down unable to preform simple tasks as serving ice cream. I feel as if these owners are truly the scum of the earth. How are there 4 McDonald's on rt3 and I take my daughter for her happy meal . First there was no toy in the happy meal the frys we're spilt in the box and the women in the front window had the crustiest bottom lip I have ever seen . My God I know we are not prefect but please tuck it in or put some lotion on that my daughter never wants to return to this location or McDonald's again. Overall pathetic on top of that u had what I assume was an employee getting fired and showing his buttox to what I assume again the general manager and the big nasty lipped manager. I congratulate that man. Every time I came in he was running kitchen. And the front line. This place is awful and the owners should get a call from the county to up their standards. As the last time I went for the chicken tenders they were frozen still...

Food was hot. Haven’t eaten the sandwich or tested the nuggets, but the fries were hot.

I want to talk about the service though. It was horrible. The young man at the headset and first window was rude. When he greeted me, he asked what I wanted… I told him I wanted to use my McDonald’s app and his response was “Code?!”

I proceed to try to order nuggets, he asked me a drink and tried to give me a total. I told him I wasn’t done ordering and he said “what else.”

I then tell him the rest of my order and tell him that I would like sauce with my nuggets plus some addition on the side.

Once I get my food, my sauce was not in the bag. I had to get out of my car and go inside because he was in such a rush to get me out of his way, they he couldn’t ring up my sauce.

Horrible horrible horrible. He was probably the rudest person to have on a DT lane.
