They are lucky I can’t put 0 stars! Do not go there! Specially if you’re using the McDonald’s app, if it works great. But when their system is having issues and won’t redeem your code, they’ll visually get upset with you and they’ll say it is what it is just pay. This happened to us tonight and they told my wife (they are lucky I wasn’t there) that if she wanted a refund instead that they needed her card back and for her to park upfront…..why? You take our money by running it, takes seconds, why make her wait 5 mins and then she still had to come back to get her card?!?! I called them to confront them about it but it seems their unprofessionalism comes with lack of a back bone too as they all got scared and pretended that they didn’t know that had just happened. The Spanish lady I requested to speak to suddenly disappeared. Spoke to a couple managers and they all also pretended they didn’t know and on my last call the manager (Indian) got loud and hung up on me. Which tells me this is how they all handle their job there. We will never go back because of this experience and we hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else. We’ve been going there ever since moving into south riding much like others in our neighborhood. I would appreciate a call from the owner if he’s interested in running a professional branch...
Read moreThe service is pretty solid at this spot, but man, their spicy chicken burger? Big letdown. They slap on some spicy sauce and call it a day, but the chicken itself is just the usual, nothing spicy about it. Plus, the patty was tough and dry as heck. I'm done with chicken at McDonald's, for real.
Now, Arby's? That's where it's at. Their chicken burger is a whole other level – it's massive, super juicy, and they don't skimp on the lettuce. And the sauce? Chef's kiss, seriously. The cool thing about Arby's is that the spice is actually in the chicken, not just tossed on as an afterthought like at McD's.
And if we're talking chicken sandwiches, Arby's knocks it out of the park, way ahead of Chick-fil-A, Popeye's, you name it. Plus, they used to send out these awesome coupons where you could hook up the whole fam with just one, and you could even mix and match them. McDonald's? Forget it, you're stuck with one coupon per person, which is pretty pointless. So, yeah, head to Arby's for...

No one cant expect much from a fast food chain like this. Even so, this location has probably the most uneducated, forgetful service workers I've ever encountered. Even during slow hours, they will mess up your order. Unfortunately, I've visited like probably a hundred of times over the 10+ years, since I am a resident near the area. I think I've gotten my order fully correct a total of like 5 times...
McDonalds quite literally has a system designed simple enough to allow any type of worker do their job. Yet, somehow, the people that work here can't seem to read an order for their lives.
I understand fast food establishments can make mistakes, but to have nearly all your workers be so incompetent is mind boggling. I feel like this place has a hard requirement to be at a certain degree of mentally challenged to be hired. I hope all the people that work(ed) here read this. Please find a job that allows your mental...
