If I could give zero star, I would. If you want to go Macdonald, there are plenty others to go. DO NOT GO THIS LOCATION. I never been treated so disrespectful. Terrible / horrible customer service is understated. Here what I went through: I pull up to the driv-thu and ordered #1 Big Mac meal. I gave 20% discount code. Then, proceeded to cashier window and paid the amount. Moved up to the pickup window and pickup my food. Before I drove away, I realized my french fries was not in the bag. I asked window rep. She gave me an attitude and said, " you bought a Big Mac sandwich and a coke." I told her "No". I ordered number 1 meal. She repeated herself many times to me insisting I was one who ordered Big Mac and coke with a "what else do you want" look. I have no choice but also repeated myself by firmly told her I ordered number 1 meal and it is missing fries. Another girl came up and smart mouth saying you only paid five plus dollar and if you want fries you give us $2 CASH. Immediately, I saw through their scam to cheat the company. I told her, I am willing to pay for it but want a full refund on my 1st order to my credit card and then re-run the order and pay it with credit card. The smart mouth girl wouldn't do it. And, then, came the girl who took my order. She, again, said I order a Big Mac and coke. I told her no. I ordered a meal. She gave me a nasty look and very rude said " so, you want a free fries huh!!." At this point, my blood was boiling. I gave her a silent treatment regardless there were many cars waiting behind me. It was not fries that matter anymore. It was the disrespect service.!!!. I don't normally write a review because i was a restaurant owner once before. And, totally understand that running a restaurant business is not easy. I always like to give a restaurant a benefit of doubt. But this time, these girls were over their limited. I want the owner or the company to be aware who they hire. They could purposely missed My order and then asked me to pay $2 CASH that is not registered in the register. Imagine how many customers like me and how many of them gave in and gave cash to them...

Read moreI just had a lady I know tell me that last night they messed up her order & today she went back to take back what they had messed up. She was in tears & said they called the Police on her & "totally disrespected her!" Well, I wasn't there so I don't know or understand what happened. However, last year I was in the very same McDonald's for breakfast. Ordered exactly what I always order= a Sausage, egg & cheese mcgriddle & a large coffee. Well, when you dine in this McD's NEVER gives you a tray. I guess they too cheap to have trays, idk. But I go to the table & doctor my coffee. I always do it myself cuz they NEVER do it right, so I don't trust them to make my coffee for me. But, I get my sandwich out of the bag & there is no Sausage. Just egg & cheese. So I go back & tell them, expecting them to just put a piece of sausage on my sandwich. Nope. She threw it in the trash & grabs another & hands it to me. Well, I open it right there to look at it & that one has no sausage. I say something & she accuses me of stealing the sausage off the sandwich. And I'm like "WTF?" You people are crazy! This happened yesterday and again today as it has so many times in the past that I'm compelled to write this review in hopes their management will react and wake up to their declining quality of their business processes and service. Today at 10:00 am, 2 people working drive through orders and one lady working the register. I order one large coffee, black inside at the register. One other staff member making new coffee but does not fill any orders for the counter. Finally they are down to one drive through order and mine after waiting 5 minutes for a total of three orders ahead of mine. A cup of coffee shouldn't take more than a minute. The lady at the register could have fulfilled it. Bad training or bad judgement on her part. Their were two coffee pots with coffee. Now here's another issue. The guy making the coffee mixed the orange handle pot with the regular colored handled pot, which the orange handle is designated this color for decaffeinated coffee. The staff at this McDonald's has told me on other occasions the two different colored pots have the same coffee. Dah! Again bad training or they don't care to know why the color difference.
