This was my first time inside a McDonalds in over 20 years. It was very clean and organized, but me and 2 other people had to wait for a while before someone came to take our orders. I ordered two basic fish filet sandwiches and two fries, and paid about $13-14 dollars for such (when I last had McDonalds over 20 years ago, this would have cost less than $5 dollars). A slender middle aged black guy (who appeared to be a supervisor or shift manager) took my order and then gave me my order with a smile. I was actually thinking the place and customer service were nice at this time. However, when my order was given to me, it was in a bag, and I left the store without inspecting it. When I got to where I was going and opened the bag, it contained the two fish filets, but only one fries (although I ordered and paid for two fries). Perhaps even worse, the fish filet sandwiches were in total disarray: the fish patties were greatly misaligned with the bread, the cheese slice (about half the size of a standard slice of cheese) was much smaller than the small fish patty, was also greatly misaligned from the fish patty and the bread, and half of it was hanging outside of the sanwich, and there was a very small amount of tartar sauce equal to about half a teaspoon only far in a corner of the filet. I was quite upset about this. You could possibly throw a fish filet, two slices of bread, and a slice of cheese in a box, shake the box up, and come out with a neater and better result. As for paying for 2 fries and the ostensible supervisor only giving me 1 fries, I felt it was quite a low blow, because they are just fries and McDonalds has plenty of them. I did not drive back to speak to the supervisor about such, because it was just a fries and not worth the drive. However, I am including this fact in this review so that people (whoever might read this review) can know that there is a customer service and operational problem at this McDonalds when you place a simple order with the ostensible supervisor, he charges you for it, you pay for it, and then he does not give you all of what you pay for and omits 25% of your order (I ordered 4 things, and he omitted 1 of the 4).
All in all, I would have given this McDonalds zero stars in rating it, but could not on this review site and decided to give it one star because it was clean and organized when I visited. If they mess up your order to where you pay for something they don't give you, its a MAJOR problem. It may be another period of a very long time before I visit a...
Read moreI was door dashing at this location on last Wednesday June 19th at 4ish. When I first stepped into the lobby the staff was busy with drive thru they looked at me but did not acknowledge me. I spoke as I always do and waited for someone to come and ask what I needed. Another customer came in and asked about what kind of pies did they have. At first no one said anything so he asked again. I said to him they are not very friend and he said the staff was always rude in that store. He said forget them he would go to another store. In between the manager finally said they were working on my order. An employee said the shake machine mix had run out. I needed a shake for my customer 's order. The young lady came back with the mix but she just stood there holding the bag. I asked her why don't you pour the mix in the machine? She said if I pour it in and spill it I will have to clean it up. Another customer came in to pick up his order. He asked about his order, literally the manager tossed/ threw the bag at him and walked away. I was shocked and said to the customer she was rude. He literally said these people in this store are always rude. I said I don't patronize rude stores that have rude employees. I am a black woman and I felt embarrassed by their behavior. The manager was a brown skinned older lady and her lips were hanging with no smiles for anyone. I will not patronize this store for door dash nor myself. I hope the owner or gm reads this post and check the schedule to address the employees who were working on the front line and especially the manager on duty. If the manager has a nasty attitude the employees have the same attitude as well...
Read more10/7/23 I went through the drive thru about 9am. I waited 22 minutes to get my food. Once I got my food the chicken biscuit chicken had dark brown spots on it and it was hard. I called and asked to speak to the manager. I think she said her name was Angel (not sure though). I was telling her this has been an issue more than once but why would you send a DARK spot meat outside the window when the chicken is LIGHT. You can tell it had been sitting. I took picture's and a video to prove what I am saying. Angel asked me what I wanted to do I told her I wanted my money back and my chicken remade since I waited 22 min in the drive thru. She told me not to go through the drive thru to come inside because she was not brining it out to me. HUH, WAIT SO I WENT THROUGH THE DRIVE THRU AND NOW I HAVE TO COME IN TO GET IT BECAUSE YOU SENT NASTY/OLD FOOD OUT THE WINDOW? She was yelling, had an attitude, and told me I had to come inside after I waited so long. PLUS I AM A REGULAR CUSTOMER BUFFY CAN VERIFY THIS. IF SHE IS A MANAGER I FEEL SO SORRY FOR THE STAFF AND ANY CUSTOMERS THAT COMPLAIN. I feel like she didn't want anyone to bring my food to me to be rude and to start conflict. I never got the chicken biscuit since her attitude was on 100 didn't want to get nothing if she messed with my food. I also left a message for Mr. Tyron the reginal manager and never got a return call. POOR BUSINESS TO SEND OLD/HARD FOOD OUT THE WINDOW,, 22 MIN IS A LONG TIME TO WAIT, AND THEN THE MANAGER BE RUDE. TIME TO GO BACK...
