About a year ago I rated this location one star, as they almost ALWAYS have slow service. I've had yet to leave a full review, but the experience was extremely disappointing and I wouldn't be surprised if it has happened to another. This account has also been sent to their customer service team.
So this was yesterday evening around 8pm (a Wednesday night). There was one car ahead of me, none behind. I pulled forward to pay (the girl at the window was arguing with another coworker), and noticed the vehicle in front pulled to the 3rd window (I presume to wait for their food). I received my drink and was then directed to wait in their 3rd parking spot. After 10 minutes, my fiance mentioned it was taking way too long for my 1 meal, (2 small cheeseburgers and large fries) since they directed another SUV to a waiting spot, and 2 other cars came/went. I waited a bit more, nothing...and went inside. One worker was on his phone in the dining area (it was empty), and the rest of the staff were lounging/laughing/texting. I got the attention of one staff member (Alicia) who seemed to leaving for her shift and told her the issue. She was eager to help, very courteous/brought another member over (Autumn) who was in a yellow tee (possibly a manager or maybe just a casually dressed staff member). I asked her if there was an ETA/explained/etc. She grabbed the receipt from my hands turning around asking if anyone knew of it. I inquired if the order was forgotten and she rudely said "nah I'm SURE was gonna come, wait" and walked away around the corner. The member on his phone came back and asked for a "remake"(no hand washing), bagged the 3 items, and handed it to me. I then thanked Alicia, asking for her name and the name of the rude girl that she brought over earlier. Autumn only said "WHAT"and another staff member stated Autumn FOR her.    Read moreThis might be the slowest McDonald's you can pick in the city. It took 13 minutes to fulfill a McChicken value meal. I spent 4 minutes the the speaker then just moved to the window. He asked me to loop back to the speaker which I wasn't going to do when they weren't taking orders the first time I patiently waited. He took my code and asked me to pull forward...for a McChicken meal that was ordered 6 minutes prior. 8 minutes later he brings a bag of cold food to the window, says sorry, and walks off. No sauce for the nuggets and my drink not filled.
The time prior the curly haired kid at the window had no idea what was going on. I always order ahead so there's no confusion and he still messed up my order. First got to the window and he said "uh wait, what drink did you order" should've known then to check everything. The food comes, he starts to pass a bag and says "uhhh what did you order again" I said the quarter pounder and he said "ok good, that's what this is." I drove off (dumb choice) got all the way home to find a 10 piece nugget with no sauce. Had to drive all the way back and fix the order. The lady that was at the window when I came back was very nice and apologetic, luckily I wasn't in a rush so I just waited it out but he really shouldn't be at the window lol.
At the end of the day, reviews never hurt McDonald's so this is pointless but just hope you get the lady and not one of the men đ. I certainly won't frequent this location.
Edit: I will simply not be back. Slow service, bad attitudes, and cold food. Sat 15 minutes to be given cold fries. Rightfully requested new fries and I'm very sure they just dunked them in oil. Cam back out in less than a minute, glistening, with the inside still having the tougher feel and...
   Read morethis mcdonaldâs is absolutely atrocious. the staff is extremely rude. iâm writing this right now as iâm in line at 11:37pm on Nov 1. iâve been waiting for about 30 mins to pick up a doordash order & as i was waiting in the line. they didnât mention which window i had to pull to. so we pulled up to the 2nd window and they never opened their window regardless of us sitting there in the car. we pulled back around to try to get their attention, but of course we just were off to the side and even tried to physically walked up the second window to pick up our doordash order which NEEDS to be picked up at a certain time and dropped off at a certain time. and the doordash order was ready and packed and they denied to give me the bag and made us go back in the drive thru line which delays the times for the doordash. i used to work at a mcdonaldâs & i know for a fact that doordash orders are a first priority no matter what. i understand being in a rush and having a line of cars and drive thru time, but the car was not in the drive thru, it was off to the side. we were definitely not marked as a car on the pos system. and yet they denied to give us the orders. and when i told them about the orders, a specific man gave me a dirty look and proceeded to let me know to go back around. making our doordash time go to waste. it is not that hard to just hand us the bag that is already prepared. this mcdonaldâs is horrible. even tho i came to this mcdonaldâs doordash order, i donât even think id come here as a customer. if i could give it a zero, i would. but i cant, so i...
