Not that the bar was set high to begin with, we all know what we're getting into, quick, cheap, frozen food. But wow the customer service at this location is quite revolting. I placed a curbside order, on my way home from work. The order was pretty small. An order of fries and two frapes. The employees never came out for the order, the doors were locked, couldn't even go inside for assistance. Ended up calling, just for the person in charge to tell me that theyre busy, they dont have anyone to bring out my order, to be patient. ☹️ I totally understand most places are understaffed, I cant imagine the stress these employees are going thru, but its still no reason to be rude, and short. After about 25 mins of waiting, i ended up going in the drive thru line, just so i could speak to someone. They gave me a huge attitude about a refund. They told me there was no way I could've ordered frapes, their machine was down. As a customer I can't control what the app allows me to order, and if im showing you the order on my app with the adress to this location, a simple "sorry for the inconvenience" would have sufficed. But of course, never got my order, never got a refund. Ended up having to dispute it with...
Read moreit’s astonishing that this place even has a 3.1 on google. we had a pick-up order placed on the app for drive-thru, we went through the drive-thru and no one picked up for around 5 minutes. we could hear people talking, but no one came to the drive-thru window. i finally got tired of not being to get ahold of anyone in the drive-thru, and i ran inside and waited at least 10 minutes to even speak to a person, i gave them my order code and name and i received a small bit of help, if you could call it that, in between the employee speaking to me running back into the kitchen, presumably to look for my order. finally, the employee speaking to me told me my order would be a minute longer (all while serving other customers, mind you, while my order was placed about 40 minutes ago and i’ve been inside this mcdonalds for around 20). finally, we get our drinks and later our food, which was lukewarm and mediocre at best, with several items missing. overall, a terribly time-consuming and irritating experience. staff was certainly not warm and they were quite rude at times, food was mediocre. would not suggest this place to anyone who...
Read moreI routinely PASS this McDonalds to go to two much better options that are near-ish. If you want Breakfast foods, the McDs near the train station (down Staples Mill toward town) cannot be beat. If you are undecided or want to push the percentages in your favor, the McDs on Parham Rd (near library/Aldis) is my go to. If you want rude (non) service, cold food, held over items (cookies = bricks here) stale/sour beverages (looking at you unsweet tea that is left out way passed it prime) then this is your stop. And if you think you'll just politely ask for reasonable accommodation here if something is amiss, you get a chance to learn the "tough, is what it is so deal with it." mantra. Really, I'm a diabetic and said I COULD NOT HAVE SUGARED BEVERAGES so I NEEDED the tea. I was told to just get something else from the fountain/they would not "refund" my drink. Went up the mananger chain. Same story just told more professionally. Ask at other McDs employees (without naming a unit) which one in the area is known for all sorts of issues/not caring. Odds are they'll mention this one first...
