The most OK McDonald's I think I've been to. This is the one closest to my house and I've been going here when I crave McDonald's for about 3.5 years now. Their drive thru display has been broken since I moved to the area so who knows how long it has actually been broken or off. The inside is usually greasy. The inside is just not cleaned often enough but the staff have not been mean or rude to me when I choose to go in. Because the inside is nothing special and I usually want this type of food to go I avoid going inside. Last time I went in a few years ago the soda machine was sub par because the soda was a bit flat and it tasted like the machine hadn't been cleaned out in a while. The drive through sodas don't have this issue so I tend to go that route. The issue is since their screen has been out of order this for this long you have to verify your order at the window which slows things down.
As of the last 6 to 9 months EVERY single time I order any meal that includes fries the box is half empty regardless of the size. You order large and barely get a medium and they hand you the bags so fast then immediately walk away so if you need something you're waiting like a minute and then they look at you strange like something's wrong with you when you just want to get what you paid for or need some sauce.
Other than the broken display, lack of full fries, and not super clean inside it is an average McDonald's. That said there is a much nicer location where everything works and the inside is cleaned often just a few miles further down the road. I think I will be bringing my business there except on weekends where I want food late because this location is 24/7 and the other is not.
Updated 1-17-21 Today they asked about 7 cars in a row in the drive thru to park and wait for food. The customer behind me got upset because I had no where to pull up.
Apparently somehow he had his food already before all the rest of us idiots trying to find a place to idle in front of this tiny location to get our food.
Save yourself the hassle and just go to another location. This one clearly isn't going to be properly managed or maintained. The screen is still broken on the drive thru since my earlier review. They lost my business for good today. When I mentioned the issue to the nice young woman who brought out the food she said she doesn't control who they asked to park and wait. I told her I'm aware of that and wanted the comment forwarded to her superior or the lady working through drive through. She just walked away...and...
Read moreHello, Today I tried this McDonald's location for the very first time. Once in a blue moon my girlfriend craves a triple cheese burger, and I love a big Mac. However, when I arrived the cashier kept entering my order number wrong. I called my girlfriend to confirm the correct address and to see if the order was listed as ready. We paid thru the app... We made sure it was all set in stone and it seemed like just a waiting game but the cashier grabbed the manager, cause I had a Screenshot, rather than the actual app open. My girlfriend was at home with her phone/app. The first assistant manager essentially accused me of being dishonest, then when the store manager came by, he told me I did wrong by not having the specific app we ordered from on my person. Not only has this never been an issue, but he shrugged his shoulders and seemed to not really care too much. Thank you, mcdonalds, [sarcasm] for having a disorderly app because now I feel forced to convince my girlfriend to not order from the app anymore; and to use uber, a third party pick up for the next occasion. This will take away from our rewards but we don't eat there regularly anymore, anyhow. Ps. We didn't receive our ranch sauce, there was barely any Mac sauce on my big Mac, and the fries were a tad bit soft after arriving back only 7 minutes after pickup. Read moreCame into this establishment on August 2 2025 around 10am (breakfast time), I placed my order on the McDonald's app (I'm a regular customer to this store #5801). Wait inside to pick up my order (just ordered 2 items), the shift manager (wouldn't give me her name, she had on NO name tag) told me I placed my order as a "drive thru" order so I had to wait, 15 minutes went by and I was STILL standing at the counter. I showed her the order number and the screenshot from the order I had placed, she STILL told me I had to wait even thought I've been waiting OVER 15 minutes. She then called the "store manager" named "Lydia" who also said I had to wait so they can "INVESTIGATE". I showed them the order number and I showed them my BANK INFORMATION and still wasn't good enough, I asked for the shift managers name and she refused to give it to me so I took a picture of her. I went BACK TO MY VEHICLE and placed a SECOND order for the 2 items I ALREADY ordered. They was bth very rude and unprofessional. If they didn't get it on their end that's not my issue if I showed the order going to your location, with a order number, an amount that I paid, and the time I placed it.
