I have been to this MOD Pizza several times and I really liked the pizza but after the service today, I won't be going back. I ordered my pizza online for curbside pickup. I went to pick it up and arrived 5 minutes early. I did what the signs said and called them to let them know I was there. Since I was early I was not surprised when they said it was not ready yet and they would be out in a few minutes. I waited in the parking lot for 20 minutes and thought they must be busy so I went inside. Once I was inside, I was surprised to see that is was not overly busy (3 people inline) I went to the pick up area, where I was ignored for 20 more minutes. When someone did finally ask me my name for my order, they could not find my ticket. A woman came from the back and grabbed my ticket. One hour after placing my order, MY PIZZA HAD NOT EVEN BEEN STARTED. The lady very rudely grabbed my ticket to go start on my pizza and I told her I did not have time to wait and needed a refund, she was very rude but I had to get back to work and could not wait another 20 minutes (Or another hour). If they had been packed and there were not employees just standing around I would have understood but that is...

We came in for lunch, the place gets packed and it’s like a subway but for pizza, you basically pick the toppings you want to put on the dough and then they make it for you. We ordered to pizzas and a salad.

My pizza was with artichokes and cheese no red sauce they put a white sauce on after it’s done baking. I thought it was pretty good, I don’t care for red sauce it just doesn’t agree with my stomach. My husband got like a margarita pizza with red sauce and tomatoes, basil, mozzarella cheese Parmesan cheese and then at the end he added a pesto sauce it was pretty good, I think if he did it with a white sauce it would have been much better.

The Greek salad I got wasn’t as fresh lots of bad lettuce and I had to pick the bad pieces all out the toppings they add on the salad were fine it’s just the salad part was bad, so I wouldn’t get another salad here, but we would be back for the thin crust pizza.

There were like four guys working, but the line was still really long, one guy has to watch the pizzas the other guys are helping customers and they are trying to hurry but with people picking their toppings it can only go so fast.

They were trying though,...

Visited Saturday 6-14-25 with my daughter and 9 year old granddaughter. We were served by pizza prep server, Iyana (I hope that's how you spell it). She was the sweetest most hospitable young lady. She was courteous, fast and helpful.

When I told her how much I appreciated how good she was at her job, she proudly told me it was her 3rd day working and that it was her very first job! She was AMAZING!!

I immediately went to compliment her to the manager. He was awful and spoke negatively about her. 😡 in fact, I noticed he wasnt nice to ANY of his young employees. He told me he has seen them come and go and only time would tell. I frowned and told him he should at least compliment her after what I said. He just looked at me with a disturbed look on his face.

Perhaps they come and go because of HIM because of his nasty disposition. Ugh! His comments actually upset me and my granddaughter and she asked me why was he so mean about the worker.

I hope he sees or hears about this review so that he knows that he needs to get it together and treat his employees with human kindness...

Firstly, I’d like to preface by saying I am a long time MOD customer. I have loved their service for years. That said, as of late I have received some less than optimal product from this specific establishment. My most recent experience was so poor that I am forced to leave a review. I ordered a gluten free crust pizza as I always do, and added two different types of cheese. As you can see in the photo, there was practically no cheese on it. Furthermore, the pizza was terribly overdone. The edges of the crust were so hard that I was unable to eat them. You can imagine my disappointment upon arriving home and opening the box to such a sight. All of this is not to discourage future customers, but to encourage this MOD to put that extra care into their customers’ products, as they usually do. I love the pizza, so I will be returning. But if I receive another product like this, I will have to take my business elsewhere.

This has to be one of the best concepts/business models for pizza. Pizza is not a New York style since the standard is a much thinner crust. MOD does offer a thicker crust, but I did not particularly care for that crust. I know, I know, &Pizza has the same concept, but MOD blows them away with the selection of toppings, and MOD is not stingy with the toppings. Just use the secret code words , “A LOT” before your topping choice. No matter how many or how much toppings you add, it’s the same price. Recommend my New York and Chicago pizza snobs venture out and give MOD a try.
