Visited 12/15/24 5pm We (family and work buddies) used to go to Moe's quite frequently. Around 10 years ago we stopped due to declining food quality....rice would be crunchy from sitting too long, chips not crispy, etc. Wife and I decided this weekend that we missed the food and would give it another chance. Right away I noticed that there was no nostalgic "Welcome to Moe's" when we walked in the door. Not sure if that is a permanent thing or not, but felt like maybe the team didn't care. The young lady that helped us seemed like our ordering was an annoyance to her (nobody was behind us, so it wasn't like we were holding up a line), and did not like the questions we asked (we were new to the current menu). I was happy to see a Coke Freestyle machine, as the quality is always very consistent, so we ordered soda with our meal. The young lady never alerted to us that the every single one of the Zero flavors was unavailable, so it was not until we got to the machine that we found out. This reduces our choices by about 25 to 35. So we had to take a sugared option, and found that it was overly diluted. This the first Freestyle machine at any location ever, that I had that problem with. The Moe's food tasted fresh, chips were crisp, no problems there. We had always preferred Moe's over Chipotle, and I felt that remained the case today. If there was a 3 1/2 star option for the food, I would have chosen that. In the end, had the lady's attitude been much better, and the drink machine been maintained, we probably would have felt good about returning to occasional visits. But because this proved that I cannot depend on Moe's to deliver a consistent good experience, I don't think we will try again for another 10...
Read moreMoe's used to be one of my favorite places to grab a bite. A while back, they decided to change their steak to a drier, less flavorful variety. This was a corporate decision. Then they changed their chicken from white meat to dark meat, and to cover up the softness, they burn the outside. So now they've ruined the two meats that everyone cares about, which makes going there pointless.
As for this location, they have a lot of staff turnover, and each time, it seems to get worse. I talked to one of the guys who was fired and he said that the new manager wanted to clean house. The employees there now do things ineffeciently. Last time, I walked up and found they were out of steak. They had an entire tray full of chicken and were just then taking more chicken off the grill, with no steak being cooked. This is typical behavior.
It's still plenty of food for the money, especially on Mondays, but I don't really see the point of paying for an...
Read moreThis has to be by far the worst Moe's I have ever eaten at. Moe's is one of my favorite restaurants to eat at but I will no longer eat at this location. The staff at this location had to be either stoned(high) or just not care for their job. Took 20m minutes to get through the line with only 4 people in front of us. They burnt my Wrong Doug and by the time my wife got her Homewrecker it was cold. There might have been 2 clean tables in the whole place and floors were sticky and trashed. I do not recommend this Moe's to anyone. I will still eat at moes closer to our home but never this poorly run facility. The owner should really be ashamed to have any affiliation with this place. My best advice is to either change the staff or just sell the restaurant to someone who cares and will run it better then this. This really gives Moe's a...
