Located conveniently within a hotel, O’Malley’s Pub is an excellent spot for anyone looking to enjoy a relaxed meal with a pint of beer. The pub has a warm and casual atmosphere that feels inviting, whether you’re a local or just passing through. While it can get a bit crowded at times, the buzz of activity adds to its charm, making it feel lively without being overwhelming. The food at O’Malley’s is definitely a highlight, with their burgers taking center stage. Juicy, flavorful, and well-prepared, the burgers are a must-try. Pair that with a cold pint of beer, and you’ve got yourself a classic and satisfying pub meal. At around $20 for a burger and a beer, the pricing is reasonable and fair for the quality and portion size. One of the standout features of O’Malley’s is its service. The staff work efficiently, ensuring that your orders arrive quickly despite the pub’s busier times. This is particularly convenient for those staying in the hotel who might be looking for a quick yet enjoyable meal. Overall, O’Malley’s strikes a great balance between quality, value, and convenience. It’s not a high-end gastropub, but it delivers exactly what you’d hope for in a classic pub experience: good food, great beer, and a welcoming vibe. Whether you’re stopping by for a meal or just looking for a place to unwind with a drink, O’Malley’s is a solid choice.

I am again going to be critical of their Covid response. No bar seating because apparently the fake government mind control virus attacks people at the bar but not when you sit next to someone at a table. This is just getting ridiculous. Many other bars and restaurants still have bar seating. Otherwise, and this is a BIG otherwise because I almost left because of the Covid Stupidity, the service is good. If restaurateurs don't stand up soon, we can kiss what is left of our culture goodbye. Restaurants and bars are a main concentration of social interaction and maintains the social fabric of societies which is far more important than avoiding a so called killer virus with 99.6% survival rate for those that supposedly contract it and with mostly no symptoms at all. Restaurants have a social responsibility and most are failing miserably. Disrespect deserves disrespect in return.p Chair to table height is of poor porportion.

It was neither terrible nor great. Only reason we came was that we were staying nearby and I was to tired to drive somewhere else. Next time I’ll… The place provided selection of local craft beer of which all but one (green city neipa) were fairly boring. Even Irish ale (in the Irish pub!) was watery and fairly mediocre. Food was rather tasty but neither match our expectations nor the description. I’m completely pro creativity, including creativity in the kitchen, but since when alfredo suppose to be a hot spicy sauce? The heat was hardly tolerable, so to be able to finish it we had to ask for an additional sour cream to mix it with the pasta. It hurt me even the morning after, if you know what I mean. If you make those changes in a classic sauce you should at least clearly mark it on the menu. Key lime pie was not bad, though.

I recently visited O'Malley's Pub, and it was a far cry from what I had expected. The experience left much to be desired, and I couldn't help but feel disappointed on multiple fronts.

The moment I walked in, I was hit with an overwhelming stench that seemed to permeate every corner of the establishment. It's one thing for a pub to have the distinctive aroma of food and beverages, but this was a nauseating mix of stale beer, sweat, and who knows what else. It was so bad that it detracted from any potential enjoyment of the place.

Secondly, the pricing at O'Malley's was exorbitant, to say the least. I was prepared for pub prices, but what I encountered was nothing short of a wallet-draining experience. Even a simple pint of beer came with a hefty price tag that left me questioning the value. The cost of the drinks was entirely disproportionate to the quality of the environment and service.

To make matters worse, I didn't even get the chance to sample the food. The unpleasant odor and the high prices made me reluctant to risk ordering anything from the menu. As a result, I left O'Malley's without even taking a single bite, which is particularly disappointing for a pub, where food is usually a significant part of the experience.

In conclusion, my visit to O'Malley's Pub was marred by a smelly and unwelcoming atmosphere, exorbitant pricing, and a complete absence of food from my experience. I wouldn't recommend this establishment to anyone seeking an enjoyable pub experience. There are plenty of other places that offer a more pleasant and reasonably priced experience without the...

The host and bartender were both very friendly...

I ordered the fish and chips... unfortunately, it was terrible!

The garnishes, a piece of red cabbage and a slice of lemon and lime, were all old.

The cabbage was actually brown in spots. The lemon and lime slices were both dehydrated and very obviously not fresh.

The waffle fries appeared to be from someone's previous order. I say this because they too were stale and covered in wilted parsley... when I got to the bottom layer of the fries, there was mysteriously a layer of what appeared to be grated cheese of some sort. (this is when I finally stopped giving the meal the benefit of the doubt and stopped eating it).

Each item of the meal kept telling the same story... the battered fish had a very thick, deep brown color. Either it had been over-fried during its first dip in the fryer, or it had been dipped a second time to reheat it.

The meal also came with a side of coleslaw. This also had wilted lettuce throughout and was drowning in sauce.

If I could give the restaurant 0 stars, I would.

I have NEVER taken the time to review anything. This is a first for me. That's how bad the food was here!

I ordered the food to take back to my room. While I waited, I also ordered a Guiness.

That too was not good. This I can only speculate is due to not properly maintaining the draft lines.

I know this sounds like a rant, it's not.

I saw that previous reviews had responses...which I commend. I sincerely hope that my experience is addressed so that it won't happen to...
