Oriental Express — Restaurant in Virginia

My parents house is across the street from this resturaunt and I have lived in multiple cities over the past 18 years. I've never had better Chinese than this place, and always get some when I am in town. Since getting married 6 years ago I've always complained to my wife about the Chinese food we get in various cities and she never understood until we were in town and got take out from Oriental Express. Now she request chineese ever time we visit my parents because she has learned that the food here doesn't taste like every other chineese take out resturaunt. About 3rd time going, food is not authentic. Fresh and hot. Don't order shrimp really small in lunch order. The food is ok, not near the best. Only go because it's one of 2 chinese restaurants close to my work. The other is worse which is bad, not authentic either. What I really don't like the most is the lady's attitude that works the register(I think she is owner wife). They put one pack of soy sauce and one duck sauce in the bag. If u need additional you have to ask for it and the lady gives you a nasty look and...

We have been ordering from Oriental Express for several years now. The service is always friendly and the food is always consistently great. Even on the busiest nights the most we wait to pickup our food is about 45-50 minutes. Usually we don't have to wait more than 20 minutes to pick it up.
