Pal's Sudden Service — Restaurant in Virginia

This was my first Bad experience at a Pals location in 20 years. I ordered 2 Big pals with cheese,bacon,and mayo only. She ask me if I wanted everything else on it and I replied No. When I got my order we decided to check before driving off. They burgers had meat and bacon on them. I turned around and drove back to the window. The girl walks off and took 2 or 3 mins before returning to the window and ask what the problem was. I said I ordered these with mayo, bacon, and cheese. They only have bacon on them. So they made it the 2nd time. She handed me a single with cheese,bacon and meat. Just one burger. By this time I am getting angry. I said this is not what I ordered. Another girl came to the window and took my receipt. I said I paid for the burgers and I want them right. So finally as ALL the other employees stood there with their arms crossed came and made my order. All of the staff was young and Extremely rude. I have called corporate on them and they have said they have had multiple complaints about this location. I don't recommend eating here, and I will...

Pals exit 7, I used to work at a pals and we always closed at 10:10, we went through the drive through at 10:03 and the girl came to the window (my boyfriend was hungry and the one driving) she looked at him like he was crazy. She opened the window and said nothing with this dumb look on her face and he said “ I know y’all are trying to close up right now, but there’s three other cars through here.” She said “we’re closed” with the same idiotic look on her face and making the gesture at her neck for cut off. We would have people still coming through our drive through at at least 10:20 at night and always served them. I’m very mad because that’s pretty ridiculous. I still work with fast food so I know that it does kind of suck when people are trying to come through, but you should never be rude especially if the people are nice to you. You’re supposed to always expect great service with pals and I’m sure that their boss will not be happy with the way that we were...

I stop here before work every morning, it’s usually the same team working and they are just absolutely the best. The man who is always there (can’t remember his name) but I just wanna say his customer service is top tier. I think he is a manager it was a manager the other lady her name is Rebecca and she always makes me laugh. So sweet she asks about my day and how I am feeling. Genuinely has gotten to know me in the shirt 1 min I see them each morning. They seem like they care about ya as a person not just a customer. The food is always consistent and the customer is always top tier with these 2. Stop by they will brighten your morning for sure. I would just like to say to them 2 Thanks for still caring about customer service and the impact the small minute you have leaves on us. Hands down best pals in town.
