"My pleasure" is meaningless to hear when you know the employees are forced to say it. And closed on Sunday is kinda dumb in my opinion but that's their choice. Their chicken is usually only worth 3-4 stars, however their spicy chicken sandwich is top tier. Like seriously the quality of chicken they use for their spicy chicken sandwich seems significantly higher than any other chicken I've ever had. It kinda blows my mind and I love it. They also have the best chocolate shakes. And their sriracha sauce? 👌. Kind of upsets me that they don't have like high quality spicy chicken nuggets similar to their sandwich but I've never had something that tasted bad from this place. One thing I will say that really upsets me is you have to always say no pickle on your spicy chicken sandwich. Can restaurants PLEASE just never make pickle a default option?? If you like pickles, great. But if you DONT like pickles, then you have to deal with these disgusting pickles that just infect everything they touch with their pickle juice and there's no "just take it off". Nope if pickles even touched your food, the whole thing tastes of pickle juice and it's so potent that it just ruins things for me. KFC does this too with their spicy Nashville tenders. Just please stop making pickles a default option anywhere. PLEASE. People who are disappointed they forgot to ask for pickles are only 10% as disappointed as someone who forgot to say "no pickles". You know...

usually all is great but today I gave my order. The lady took it correctly, but I received the wrong food at the window. I had to drive back around the building , told the lady a second time what I had ordered and she confirmed she put it in correctly. She took my bag of wrong food and threw it away for me and put the order through again when I got to the window I explained to them what happened that I had ordered a number1, no pickle, with a large Dr Pepper extra ice (which I was surprised to see they charge a $.44 fee for extra ice now!) and then on the side I ordered just the reg. sandwich from number 1 , I recently moved here from Florida. They took my order correctly for 8 years with no problems, but your guy in the drive-through was telling me that I ordered it wrong and most people don’t order it that way and that’s why my food was messed up because I didn’t say “meal”, and I disagree with him! I mean, isnt the food on the board numbered so you can walk up or drive up and just say I’d like a number 1 or a number 2 or a number 3 and then you specify the drink, that seems pretty easy to me?! and to top it off my separate sandwich on the side that was supposed to be regular with pickle had no pickles on it so it was still wrong.( update- today’s date is November 15, 2023 and I want to leave a positive review on a very friendly helpful employee, a young girl name Bren shes super energetic and willing to please....

I knew at 9:10 pm that they closed at 10pm, I was only going to be in Walgreens a minute. Yeah right. I ran to my car after rushing the poor young man at the Walgreens checkout ( he was rooting for me to make it too). Thanking my lucky stars the two businesses are located in the same parking lot, nonetheless, I was so upset with myself because I was starving and I just knew they were going to be closed. I pulled up to the speaker at 9:59 + however many seconds PM. To my surprise not only were they still open and letting me order, the young lady on the other side of the speaker was just as nice and cheerful as she probably was at the beginning of her shift. I told her how sorry I was and she assured me all was good. I got my food, it was awesome. It wasn't old, I didn't feel like I was getting a consolation prize for coming in so late, it was nice and fresh. My milkshake is awesome !! They did a great job, without even trying they genuinely made me feel like I was the first customer of the day and not holding them up by coming in so late at the end of the day. Great job !!
