Peet's Coffee — Restaurant in Virginia

I don’t understand the issue with this location they never have anything except the same roasted coffee over and over and over and over. It’s very annoying and I have stopped going there because all they do is make the same roasted coffee over and over and over and then whoever is making it doesn’t know what they’re doing.

I have to drive to Belmont Chase location , or go to Chantilly, Virginia to get better coffee experience at the Peet’s locations in those areas.

Please stop hiring kids to serve coffee.. taste horrible. Please hire people who actually know how to make coffee properly specially, when you’re charging five dollars for a cup of coffee..

Stop being cheap and hire people who know what you’re doing and pay them what they’re supposed to be paid instead of hiring kids and under paying them to make coffee if you keep this up trust me you’re going to continue to lose customers because people are being educated on how coffee should taste and coffee should not taste like toilet, water,...

I live nearby and often come to this Peet’s because it’s convenient, but the cleanliness has been a consistent disappointment for quite some time. The windows are dirty, the tables are dusty, and the floors do not look properly maintained. This is not just something I noticed once—it has been the case over many visits, even early in the morning when you would expect the store to be at its cleanest.

I like to sit down, enjoy my coffee, and spend some time in a comfortable environment, but it’s hard to relax here when the space doesn’t feel cared for. A clean and welcoming atmosphere is just as important as the coffee itself, and right now this location is really lacking in that area. I hope the management takes this seriously and improves the standards, because customers like me would appreciate and enjoy this place so much more if it were kept tidy...

Lord have mercy, this coffee! Peets coffee is always a win. I get the Havana cappuccino (light on the condensed milk) and the ham and cheese croissant. This place is usually poppin’ and the staff manages a full cafe and long car line quickly and gracefully. My favorite coffee shop in Loudoun. UPDATE Shout out all the Peets staff who helped make my daughter’s birthday a beloved memory! My husband dropped off a gift at the Ryan Road location and a staffer (I don’t know who he is but he has clearly been training for this role for a lifetime) pretended to know it was my daughter‘s birthday and gave it to her during our drive-through order.
