Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Virginia

Tried Pizza Hut one year ago across from the Midlothian High school. Was everything we expected a Pizza Hut pizza to be. That location moved. Ordered from the Pizza Hut next to Apple Bees on Hull st ( Victoria Sq). 8/10/19. Highly Disappointed. The veggie & cheese pizzas were tossed out after a few slices from each. Didn't want any remade. No need to call & say how disappointing. Write the $$ off as lesson learned. The crust was no where near that fresh baked, light, fluffy. full of flavor dough we expected. The veggie pizza was over cooked. Every item on it was burnt. The dough had zero flavor as well as the cheese. I won't mention the toppings on the veggie. They weren't made with love. 😊.i

8/12/19 Hey guys, tried a slice of pizza hut pizza in the Fredericksburg, Va area. Guess what...had the fluffy, light, buttery crust we're used to.. A sausage, pepperoni & jalapeno topping. A pan crust. Even with those toppings the crust was sooooo light. Toppings were delicious. I wonder why such a big difference? Shouldn't have to travel to Fredericksburg area for good...

Service totally unacceptable. Female worker was very rude on the phone due to an inventory issue that has nothing to do with a customer. Ordered at 10, which is when store opened. Arrived to pick up order and door was locked so I called. Female worker never apologized for the inconvenience. I asked if she could tell me what they could fix as I had a school event statting soo . She finally settled on an order and hung up. I went inside the store. I asked her if she thought she owed an apology for her demeanor. She continued to yell and state that I could go to any store to get food and walked off. A male did come to the front in a calm manner. He asked me to step out to get the register straight; i told him no problem. I could see my name on the order screen. I waited outside. He came back to the door with a cancel receipt; no reason explained why it was canceled. Again no apology for being rude attacked or for canceling my order...

Placed an online order at 5:00 p.m. for pickup at 6:00 p.m. I showed up at 6:00 p.m. on the dot and they couldn't find our order in the system. I had to show it to them and I didn't leave with my food until 7:30 p.m. All they did was offer me a free soda but I don't drink soda. They didn't offer to give me any of my food items free or an additional food item free. Also, they did try to give me my order around 7:10 but I checked to make sure that the order was right, and it was not so they had to remake something. Instead of giving me what they made wrong free, they took it back and I had to wait another 20 minutes. Last time I ordered, they got my chicken wing order wrong and I had to drive back up there to get the right kind, which wound up being burnt. Before that, I had never had any issues at this location, but today completely took the cake. It was the most ridiculous hour and a half involving...
