Lucky | Chinese Restaurant — Restaurant in Virginia

I have been here in the past, but never again. I ordered four chicken wings and shrimp fried rice and received four chicken wings with plain rice. They got my order wrong and I had to drive all the way back for them to fix it or they offered to give me extra shrimp on my next order, whenever that would be. I live 15 min away. I declined the latter and went back. The manager I complained to by phone was missing in action when I came back on site to discuss resolution and disregarded by the other workers. I wanted my full order to be remade due to the inconvenience of coming back, which in my opinion was standard. I was hung up on when I called back after picking up their "fixed" cold order. Any other business would be held to the standard of trying to make it right with the customer. Somehow this Chinese restaurant thinks they're the exception...think twice before...

I ordered wings, small beef lo mein and fried meat wonton with absolutely no meat. Or barely none at all. They were fried so hard, I couldn’t even eat them. $30 for food I DID NOT EAT! We must stop supporting these people IF they are going to continue feeding us this mess! Do it ourselves I’m so frustrated because Top’s China on Hull ( 360 West Shopping Center) is just as worse. Almost $50 for food that was tasteless. I will support any business and I am brutally honest It’s time that WE DO US AND STOP GIVING THESE PEOPLE OUR HARD...

We order delivery quite a bit. The few times I have called or have heard the conversation over speaker phone the person answering the phone comes off as rude and unappreciative of our business. We have ordered sauted green beans in the past with our meal and now they apparently don't have them. We switched to snow peas and now they don't have them without ordering a protein. Seem pretty unaccommodating!!! Time to try a new place. They have officially lost...
