I'd give it 1 star if the food I actually got tasted bad....
I probably will never order from this pizza hut again
I'm so done with this place. Why am I this frustrated? Please read along to find out.
Sorry, this is a wordy one.
A couple days ago I ordered an online deal through the app for carryout; (the mvp deal) 2 medium 2 topping pizzas, breadsticks, and a 2 liter, as well as an order of wings. Nothing concerning at this point(other than the fact that this location refused in the past to deliver to my address, but I let that go because it is what it is). Foods ready so I make the 10 minute drive to pick up my order. I get there, the girl takes out my order(my girlfriend ordered on the app, I didn't even know what she ordered), I pay for it and I'm on my way. I get home and my girlfriend notes that some things are missing, specifically the wings, the soda, and crushed red pepper. Oh well that's a little frustrating but it happens, so I do what most people would do in this situation, I call them. The manager was kind and asked if I wanted to come back and get them, I had already gotten comfortable at home and didn't want to leave the house again, so instead she offers to credit me $10 for my next order, okay cool... sounds good. A few days go by and we decide to get pizza again. We check the account and didn't see any credits on the account so we give them a call. The girl that answers explains she needs the phone number on the account to look it up, makes sense. After rattling off a few number we thought it may be under, she can't find the account, great. Now I'll admit my own fault, the app won't show what phone number is on the account, we log onto the actual site to see it was a number we hadn't said yet, we give her that number, awesome! She found the account and the credit! Cool we are on our way with our order! Right? No... Wrong. I just ask for the same order we ordered the other night, and ask for delivery if they will, she says no problem. As per the norm, she reads off the order, everything sounds good, then says the total, $35 and change Hungry and ready to go, I just acknowledge it and say sounds good. I hang up the phone and my girlfriend immediately says "$35?!?" having no clue what it was supposed to be, I total everything up like I'm ordering it on the app and it comes to $32(WITH DELIVERY FEE). I call back and have her confirm what was on the order, everything was correct, and I ask "is that with the $10 credit off?" she confirms that it is. Quite confused with it at this point I realize, did she use the deal or did she ring everything up separate? She says she did ring it up separate, but why? She says "oh we won't honor that deal because it's an online offer only" With zero interest in paying more than the initial cost of the order, WITH A $10 DISCOUNT, I just tell her to cancel it. Guess I'll be sticking to Christian's Pizza or papa John's...

There's something about the familiar, comforting flavors of Pizza Hut that make it a go-to choice for pizza lovers around the world. My recent visit to our local branch was, on the whole, an excellent one. I'm pleased to award this Pizza Hut a strong 4 out of 5 stars.
Upon walking in, the nostalgic aroma of baking pizza immediately filled my senses. The restaurant's ambiance was warm and welcoming, decorated in Pizza Hut's classic red and white colors, with an unmistakably familiar, comforting feel.
The staff were attentive and friendly from the start. Our server promptly greeted us and took our order with a smile. She was knowledgeable about the menu and was happy to answer our queries about a few of the newer items.
We ordered a large Meat Lover's pizza and a Veggie Lover's pizza, along with some breadsticks and a pitcher of Pepsi. The wait time was reasonable considering it was a busy Friday night.
The pizzas, when they arrived, were just as we remembered and hoped for. The Meat Lover's pizza was laden with pepperoni, sausage, ham, beef, and bacon, a meaty delight for the carnivore in our group. The Veggie Lover's pizza was equally impressive with its fresh bell peppers, mushrooms, onions, and ripe tomatoes. Both pizzas were generously topped and featured the signature Pizza Hut cheese beautifully melted and stretched with every slice.
The breadsticks were the perfect blend of soft and crispy, with a delightful garlicky aroma, but could have used a bit more seasoning. The Pepsi, as usual, was refreshingly cold, making it the perfect companion to our pizza feast.
The only minor downside of our visit was the slightly delayed service for additional requests, like extra napkins and a refill of our drinks. It wasn't a major issue and can be understandable considering the peak dining hours, but a little more promptness would have elevated the experience.
The prices were fair for the quality and quantity of food, in line with what you would expect from Pizza Hut.
In conclusion, our experience at Pizza Hut was near-perfect, with delicious food, a comfortable atmosphere, and friendly service. The minor hiccup in service does not significantly take away from the overall positive experience. I would certainly recommend this particular Pizza Hut for anyone craving a good slice of pizza, and I look forward to...
Read moreI would beware of this location. The manager said she canceled my order and its been three weeks and still no refund on my card. Manager is very rude and has a horrable attitude. I can see if I was rude or out of line but, thats not my character. The manager hung up in my face. The employee on the phone had no customer service skills. After taking my card information she told me she doesn't know when the pizza will arrive. I told her as long as it doesn't take 2hrs its fine. She said it could take 2hrs or longer! So I told her to cancel my order, then she calls back saying their on their way. So we are waiting and she calls back again saying she had told the driver to turn back around because she went ahead and canceled the order. So of course I asked her which one is it, their on the way or you cancled my order? So I ask to speak to the manager and the manager said well she is new and it was failure of communication on your part and hers then hung up the phone. I honestly do not see how this place is still opened after seeing all the bad reviews. If I saw the reviews before I ordered I would have never ordered here. Nobody knows what's going on here or cares to know what's going on. If the manager doesn't care why should her employees? Lead by example, and that's exactly what their doing. I hope this place hires better staff because I don't see how pizza hut pays their managers and their employees to be so nasty and unprofessional. Giving a update, I had spoke to a different manager and she told me the reason why my money never went back on my card is because the original manager that I had spoke with never canceled the order. So out of spite the original manager lied to me and said that she canceled my order but never did. This was truly insane because I had to call my bank and get the fraudulent department involved. But to the manager that fixed this for me and put the money back on my card, I truly thank you. Thank you for being honest. Thank you for getting this fixed right...
