Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Virginia

I ordered delivery from the Pizza Hut in Ashland, VA. Kings Charter Dr yesterday. The pasta was great but the Cheesy breadsticks were very dry the cheese was burned and the worse of it all was that the delivery person didn't bring our marinara sauce. I love Pizza Hut's cheesy bread sticks and marinera sauce was therefore very disappointed. I called to speak with the manager right after the delivery person pulled off to see if they could swing back around to get the sauce for the dry bread sticks and the manager was very rude and told me they would never drive back for just some sauce. He wouldn't give his name when we requested it to follow-up, but did promise to refund our money. In addition, we tipped online, and the delivery person slung our food in front of the door after ringing the doorbell. I will never order food from this location again. As a kid we went to pizza hut and enjoyed a fantastic pizza. Pepperoni cooked crispy, a thick crust around the edge and loads of cheese to make your mouth water. What I got last night was a flat no rise crust with very little cheese. I paid for banana peppers and there were only 5 pieces of banana peppers in the very center of the pizza. No other area had banana peppers. The ham I got was rectangular cubes and were totally nasty. The pepperoni was 1 per slice totally unacceptable. The crust on the edge was totally flat. It looked more like pitta bread than a pizza. Little ceasars pizza was the "cheap looking" pizza that were buy one get one free, sadly my 2 pizza hut pizzas look worse than little ceasars pizzas. I will not spend that much money for pizzas that look and tasted like a 5 year old made them. I will not order again from pizza hut. I see why all the pizza hits...

My second bad experience. I will just make my way to Ashland on England Street. My first bad experience was I waited for my pizza, so it was fresh, when I got it home it had very little sauce and was dry. Now, today my husband placed an order and they doubled the order. He went back in to let them know it was incorrect when he went back in and let them know that they had rung up boneless wings but he wanted traditional. When the order was ready, they forgot the wings. So he had to wait longer. Then the wings were ready and he looked at them and they were dried up boneless wings with sauce just dumped on them. He ended up going to Domino's to buy wings to go with our Pizza Hut food. The first time I had a mishap, I told them when I went back. I told them I thought it was a fluke.
