Rico's Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Virginia

I love all Rico's, Mexican restaurants. I always go to 2 of my favorites. Which is short pump area, and the one in Mechanicsville, that has great food and near my house. But I will say this I will never go there ever again. They are the worst. 1st the waiter told me I couldn't get extra napkins, bc the owner doesn't lime to give them out. Then I asked for extra lemon for my drink. They brought me and my wife, 4 slices and then I ask for more sauce that all Mexicans restaurants give us to eat while waiting and they give me a little extra sauce. But never told ne anything about any extra charges. When I got my bill, there was over $5 extra added on for 4 extra lemons for our drinks and napkins and sauce. I have never experienced that kind of service on all restaurants that I have went too on regular. It really upset me bc owner wouldn't even come out to talk to me. Very rude and wouldn't recommend to ask for anything extra like lemons or napkins vc they will charge u for it. Terrible Terrible. I also own my own company. And would never treat my customers like that. I will never go to Mechanicsville, to that Rico's again. Very very upset and happy over that. Ive been living in VA for about a month, and have been let down by several restaurants that were recommended as good and to me they just passed as edible establishments. But Rico's, they are worth my time and money. Nice Ambience to the place, a true vibe to a Mexican restaurant . I want to give thanks to our server Mauricio, told him what I was in the mood for and he told me what dish to get and how to amend it to my liking. Spicy is what I wanted and the Carne a la mexicana has a red tomatillo sauce that is HOT! First time I ever needed guacamole to calm the heat from a spicy Mexican dish. But the flavor kept me wanting more, I cleaned the plate. Speaking of guacamole, Mauricio made a fresh bowl of guac for me and my wife it was on point, not a single ingredient was overpowering it all Blended well together. My wife ordered the street tacos, they have six varieties and you get three to a plate , great deal in my opinion. They were flavorful and are great as an appetizer. i use to be a frequent customer at rico’s until tonight. when my family and i came in we were sat in the back corner of the restaurant. we ordered chicken nachos and a chicken chimichanga dinner with the salad on the side. we were splitting this among 2 adults and a doodler. the chicken nachos had plenty of chicken but with only a tiny drizzle of queso on one side. we decided to order more because it was not enough to cover even the top layer of chips which we showed the server. (they charged us for it, which i could have been cool with if the rest didn’t happen) then when the chimichanga came out the salad was on top. unfortunately i will not eat sour cream at all so i sent it back. when it came back to me it was beef not chicken. the server did not come check on us so it never was fixed. i tried to catch her attention when at near by tables but she walked away. all in all service sucked and the food brought to us was not good nor...
