Scotto's Rigatoni Grill — Restaurant in Virginia

10/13/25-Working at home on a rainy day, I ordered tortellini again from Scotto's. Delicious. Perfectly cooked, amazing sauce--true comfort food. It is very hard to cook pasta perfectly let alone have it travel 10+ miles and arrive perfectly. Scotto's did both.

Recent review-I rarely give a five star rating, but based on my two recent orders at Scotto's Rigatoni Grill I feel comfortable doing so. Both of my orders were through Door Dash.

My first order consisted of tortellini-something I crave but rarely find good anywhere. The tortellini was perfectly cooked and coated with just the right amount of sauce. The serving was generous and came with a couple of delicious pieces of bread.

My second order was the antipasto salad. Everything was super fresh, again generous and really tasted great. I normally cannot eat raw onions, but whatever type of red onions this restaurant uses were very mild and added to the taste.

There are no hidden fees using Door Dash and the separate food items arrived at the perfect temperature for both orders.

I have never been to this location in person, but I imagine it is a kind of diner that believes in yummy food, at a decent price and leaves you...

Scottos Grill never disappoints! We regularly order delivery from them, and the experience is always top-notch. The food arrives hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious every single time.

What really sets them apart, though, is their delivery service. The drivers are consistently kind, prompt, and incredibly friendly—always a pleasure to chat with. It's clear they genuinely care about providing great service, which makes the whole experience even better.

I will say on the typical (we order on weekends at their busiest times) it takes about an hour for delivery. I figure that's expected when you're taking on so many orders. Also, we are ordering 5 meals too. We do get excellent rewards and discount coupons.

Highly recommend Scottos Grill for anyone looking for amazing food and exceptional service. Keep up...

Food: Pretty amazing, for an area that is all chains its nice to have a decent local italian pizza shop around. Never had bad food once.

Price: A little on the high end but on par with this area in general

Service: IS AWFUL!!! the store hours are 11am-10pm but delivery is only from 5pm-9pm?!?! Here are a few of my experiences with service: Tried ordering food 45 min before closed, i offered to pick it up, and the persons response was, "well... we close at 10" to which my response was, "ok... but its only 9:15?".....I just hung up at that point Attempted to order a large pizza with dolops of ricotta cheese on it (the picture on the front of the menu itself) and was told they didn't have ricotta (i'm pretty sure he had no idea what ricotta cheese was.....Again I...
