Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Virginia

First time to this Sonic, I ordered an unsweetened tea and a sweet tea with raspberry flavor for my sister. One I got to the window and paid with a credit card. Sat there for about a minute, then the lady came back and said they were all out of sweet tea so my sister decided to get Sprite with blue raspberry instead. The lady left then came back shortly after and said they were all out to tea entirely. I don’t drink soda and asked if I could just be refunded for my drink and she said “well I already charged your card.” This went back and forth for a minute or so then a guy came to the window explaining I needed to choose something else because there was no tea. I explained again I just wanted a refund, but he acted as if I could not get my money back so I chose water and told him again what my sister wanted. The lady got our order together and brought everything back. I’m unsure of her name but she was apologetic and trying to help, but the male coworker was a little aggressive. My sister’s drink was still not made correctly, the blue raspberry was left out but we didn’t want to get back in the drive thru to fix it. Terrible, I went to this sonic tonight and got a chicken tender meal and a milk shake. I got handed my chocolate milk shake and Dr. Pepper and was told my food was coming, no problem. While waiting I took a sip of my chocolate shake and it tasted like something was off, and my Dr. Pepper was basically carbonated water with a hint of flavor. Then look into the store and see two guys in there sniffing ( putting the soda cups up to there nose, breathing in ) the cup because they forgot which soda was which. As if that would determine it instead of remembering it. Then I get my food and leave. I realized They forgot my sauce once I got back to my hotel . Then when I got to the bottom of my shake, there was about 3/4 inches of chocolate syrup. Heaven forbid they mix it completely. I normally have good experience with all restaurants, including the sonic on 17 in Fredericksburg which set the standard and why I wanted to find a sonic. But I was wrong. Staff was nice but they need help with training and clenliness. I will not be going...

There’s bigger things in this world to complain about and I’m not mad in any sense since there’s kids starving in other country’s just saying things can be fixed. This sonic has random problems. I like sonic but this one has rang my card and a receipt came out then he asked for my card again which I was fine because I guessed it didn’t go through right & the nice lady I think her name was Jennifer resolved it for me. This time I went and the food is good though this time my GF ordered sprite and they gave her somehow a d*mn seltzer water type tasting beverage. Also my girlfriend ordered the dinner, gave her the taters and the chicken tenders but it also comes with onion rings. I can’t make this up they gave her one single onion ring. I also looked at the comments to see if anyone else had experiences like this but the user addie is dumb as a bag bricks how tf are they gonna give you actual ocean water, mom should have swolled.
