Well first of all don't assume my identify. I am a friend of the lady you spoke to and was in the car with her when she made the phone call. She was not yelling at all. Your young employee wouldn't give us her name or first initial so we could let you know who she spoke to. We were uncomfortable giving our number to someone who wouldn't give us their name. No clue why she was crying. I heard you yelling and I'd correct a friend if they did something wrong but she only yelled at you after you called and yelled at her. I've visited your store multiple times and understand what she means about your personality. You're very unprofessional. I'm not sure what went down about her and her daughter's rocket or any situations other than the phone call, but I will make sure many people know not to come to your business. Editing my review to say that there is a new point system that's a bit different from the old system. I had a little hiccup during my visit with the new system today that left me feeling a little disappointed. But the staff were quick to offer a solution that went above and beyond what I felt I had missed out on, and I greatly appreciate the gesture.
