I will be contacting corporate after this review. Me and my significant other came in the drive through Thursday. There was an employee ( female) she took our order i paid. She was sweet. 8 minutes later a manager named Logan came out. Made us roll down the windows to tell us he saw us skirt through and they are closed. We told him we ordered our food with the girl. He told us we were lying and no we didn't. That we had to leave the premises. We both looked at each other and I asked him is this a joke? We thought he was playing. He was so rude and disrespectful. I told him I legit paid with my card. He told me no I didn't. That he watched us and never saw us talking to her and that we were liars. My boyfriend pulled out his camera and started recording him bc we had never been so disrespected at chick fil a before. The unprofessionalism was beyond me. We told him so your calling us liars and telling us we better leave with out going asking the person who helped us and looking at the cameras to verify ? He told us yes.
Mind you it was pouring raining we had rain coming all through the windows. He let multiple ppl go before us after we ordered before them. We told him go look at the cameras. 10 minutes later he comes out doesn't talk to us we roll down the window and say hey everything good. He didnt stop and just yelled yup you are it was the car behind you. That was it. We drove little more up he went in came out trying to get us to roll down our window again we told him we weren't because it was raining to please let us get into the canopy area first. He left. He had another guy bring out the food we asked the guy can he please let the manager know to come out and speak with us . We just wanted to let him know how he treats ppl he cant do that do that and we didnt want any one else to experience that. The employee went back in to tell him and came back out. The manager did not want to come out. He didnt apologize to us. Instead gave us two coupons for a biscuit... we dont care about a small biscuit. Our food was also cold that we waited 15 minutes for after we ordered. At first I wasn't going to reach out to corporate nor do a review but when he treated us like we were dirt and never came out as a " manager" to admit his wrong and apologize to us. I definitely want this to escalate and I don't want any one to have to go through what we did. We lost our friend to suicide that day and we told him and told him please we just got our food why are you being like this and he didnt care at all. He should not be a manager of any sorts AT ALL. We will never be going to this chick fil a again.

Read moreTo whom it my concern - Chick-fil-A Management,
I am reaching out to formally express my disappointment and concern regarding a deeply troubling experience my girlfriend and I had at your Southpoint restaurant on Thursday the 12th of June. What should have been a routine visit to an establishment we’ve trusted and supported for years turned into an upsetting and humiliating encounter that still leaves us shaken and concerned.
While waiting in the payment line, an employee named Logan approached us and accused us of not having paid for our meal. Without any effort to verify the situation or clarify the misunderstanding, he insisted that we had not paid and demanded that we leave the line. We were publicly embarrassed and made to feel as though we were attempting to steal — all without cause or evidence.
We were forced to defend ourselves just to stay in line, despite the fact that we had already completed our payment. We even felt compelled to begin recording the incident for our own documentation, simply because we had no confidence that the situation would be handled fairly. After a heated back-and-forth, we were finally allowed to proceed — only to receive food that was cold by the time the ordeal was over.
What made this situation even more distressing was the complete lack of managerial presence. Not one employee appeared to be over the age of 21, and there was no supervisor or senior staff member available to intervene or deescalate the issue. It felt like the restaurant was entirely staffed by college-aged workers with no clear authority or accountability structure in place.
Adding insult to injury, we were offered three breakfast cards as a form of restitution — despite the fact that we had paid for an afternoon meal. The gesture felt disconnected from the actual harm caused and completely inadequate given the nature of the incident.
To make matters worse, this all occurred during an already difficult week for us personally, as we were coping with the loss of a close family member. We were emotionally vulnerable and simply seeking a moment of normalcy, only to be treated with suspicion, disrespect, and negligence.
I have always associated Chick-fil-A with courtesy, hospitality, and professionalism — values that were entirely absent from our experience that day. I sincerely hope this is not reflective of broader issues at this location, but this incident demands a closer look and a serious...

UPDATE: 4/29/23- Insubordination to VA Department of Health Food Regulations
I went to southpoint chick fil a again this Saturday morning 4/29. My experience today was even worse than before. There was NO manager in sight, only confused children/teens being in charge of the lines and the giving customers our food. Once I arrived to the pick-up window, it was complete chaos. The teens were very unorganized and did NOT know what they were doing. Myself and another vehicle had to pull up and wait for our meals. One of the teenagers came out and handed the car infront of us some bags. Then immediately, another teenager yells that the bag was for us. So the chick fil a employee repossess the bags back from that customer infront of us and attempts to give to us. I immediately rejected the bag as it was clearly handled to the point the bag was all wrinkled. We don't know who parked infront of us or if they were sick and we saw they had placed it on their passenger seat.
Very UNorganized, UNprofessional, UNtrained teenagers running this Southpoint chick fil a. They were NOT trained on food safety and violated the VA Department of Heath regulations!
The law created by the Virginia Department of Health food regulations was defied on the basis of food being given into the possession of one customer and then taken back and trying to give it to another customer.
