I’ve been coming here long enough to know the sizes of the cups and how the drinks are made. I get it, every barista tends to add their own little twist to some of the drinks, like adding extra caramel drizzle or extra cream, even though you ask for light cream, and that’s understandable. However, when a drink is improperly made and it is a literally sweet cream with next to no coffee and I can taste it after I asked them to remake it mind you, and they just fill the cup up with ice instead. Seriously?! Not necessarily remaking it. Heck I would have been happy if they filled up the rest of the cup with actual coffee. I am not a difficult person but I do expect to get what I paid for. COFFEE! When the original contents would have only filled up a grande cup halfway. I get a grande size drink in a venti cup so I do not get ripped off on my coffee, and to add ice. I got loads of ice, extra sweet cream, and a splash of cold brew coffee.
Bottom line: Go to a less busy location if you want to get what...
Read moreI enjoy going to this Starbucks every morning, but this morning the drive thru decided to mess with me. Nobody was in front of me or behind me and instead of explaining through the ordering kiosk I drove up to the window. I wanted to show the thermos I needed to fill to ask how many ventes would fill it. Malcom tells me through the window that he cannot take my order because it messes up his register because I didn’t order through the kiosk. So, I didn’t see anyone behind me still and asked, “so you want me to drive around your Starbucks building and talk to you through the kiosk? He answered, “yes, it really messes me up when you don’t. “. So I drove off because I didn’t have time to play Malcom’s game at 6:30 am on my way to work. I called and spoke to the manager who seemed shocked that this happened and said she would be talking to Malcolm. Come on Malcolm!!! Wake up!!! Take several training courses with Dan and see how customer service is suppose to be done...

However, nobody was interested in carrying a conversation or providing a warm welcome, much less a feeling of wanting to enjoy the cup of joe in the location. The drinks were consistent with the menu. I wanted a venti, but somehow, communication failed, and I received the teeny tiniest little cup. With the amount of ice in the cup, my coffee was gone in the sips. It was ridiculous for the price I paid. Luckily, I was the driver, and it helped with the purpose of a pick me up. And, it was delicious. My mom was not impressed with her cup of joe. And, she was not able to get creamer because she didn't ask for it when she ordered her Americano.
