Starbucks — Restaurant in Cave Spring

As someone with extreme social anxiety, I rarely go inside anywhere. The employees at this location (and many other Starbucks) are so open, friendly, welcoming, and compassionate that I felt comfortable going inside. Once there, I was greeted with warm and genuinely happy smiles. They spoke so kindly and made me feel like we’d all known each other for years (they are like this at the drive thru, too). The service was quick and thorough, ensuring I had what I needed and patiently waiting while I found other items. The food was great! Eating area was clean and comfortable. I almost didn’t want to leave, and if you knew me, you’d know that’s a surprising thing for me to say. I love this location! I already was a fan of their efficient and friendly drive thru. These people are the nicest people and it’s such a sweet and pretty looking location. It has nice seating and they welcome you as soon as you walk in. The employees are very willing to have conversations with you, if there isn’t too much of a line, and give you their full attention when needed.

I have had the best conversations with these people about Gudetama, my cup obsession, K-pop, and much more. They’re always willing to hear about it and have they some interest in it. The conversations feel genuine, because they are genuine.

They’re very fast whether it’s dining or drive thru experience and they’re very knowledgeable.
