9/2/23 Is anything working at this Little Caesars? The order kiosk was not working, and the drive thru pick up was closed, with a handwritten sign asking one to enter the store. No one was at the counter for several minutes, and a frazzled looking employee with flour all over their apron appeared and took my order. I jokingly asked if they were running the store alone, and employee related their co- worker was on break. No hot and ready pizzas were available. Waited 10+ minutes, as others came in and also waited. The other co-worker appeared and took orders, but the cash register would not work, so the employee had to go to the back with money. Pizza finally arrived, and it looked and smelled good. At home, I remembered to take a pic before it was devoured! Toppings and cheese were tasty, but the crust had no flavor at all, except a light raw flour taste. The barcode on the box suggested specials, but when I copied it, the specials had not yet begun... so something else was not working correctly! š
12/4/24 Ordered pizza thru the app for drive-thru pick up. One of the "deals" was a large two topping for $5.99, which I thought was a good deal. It took me several attempts to get the "deal" as it failed to inform you that a round hand-made crust needed to be ordered to get the deal, and I was choosing thin crust. Arrived about a minute before the suggested time, and the pizza was ready. I asked for napkins, and the employee at the drive-thru window said they had run out. How does a restaurant run out of napkins? When driving by the order kiosk, I noted it was still out of order, with a giant X taped across the order board. I noted that the drive seemed to have been resurfaced, with no potholes, and it seemed the lanes were a little wider. The pizza was flavorful, the small chunks of beef topping were seasoned nicely, mushrooms were canned not fresh, and sauce had a little spice with a pleasant acidity. I like thin crust, but the pillow like crust was appetizing, although I did not eat the outer round side. It held no yeasty notes. Overall, it was a pretty good pizza for a great price!
12/5/2024 Picked up another pizza today for another function. Placed order online. The pizza was ready before the scheduled pick-up time. Toppings were correct, and it was delicious. Now I know why they run out of napkins. She gave me a stack almost 3 inches thick! (See photo) Was a very good experience today, and the $5.99 deal for large 2 topping is great! 5 stars!
3/25 Ordered 1 thin crust cheese pizza in the app. About 20 minutes later, I received a notice that pizza was ready. As I drove around the restaurant, I noted that the speaker order kiosk is STILL not working. It's been out since 2023! At the drive thru windows, no one was present. After waiting 5 minutes, the lady who cooks appeared, covered in flour. She had a hard time trying to figure out how to unlock the drive-thru windows. She could not locate my order in the system. The other associate appeared after she called for her, and they both perused the system, finally telling me the pizza was not ready. I waited at the window as I was instructed for over another 20 minutes. Cars behind be became frustrated and left. My pizza was finally ready, and when I asked for napkins, she said they didn't have any. I smiled and asked how a could a restaurant not have napkins, and she replied, "we just opened," which I did not understand at all. At home, opening the pizza, I discovered it was a messy disaster. Big burnt flakes were all around the pizza, along with crust crumbs and a tomato smear on one side, with a smashed in crust. I realized that the first pizza I ordered had burned, and they just put the new pizza in the same box, explaining the messy appearance of the box and burnt crust pieces, when the current pizza was not burned. Only 2 people working, not knowing what's going on, many people leaving ... back to low stars. See photos.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis place just gets perpetually worse. Sadly, this is the only location within 20 minutes from us, and itās super convenient, but lacking in people, food making skills, and personality. They used to be bad, but the last couple of years itās just gotten BAD. Weāve never been able to order from the speaker because it broke, and they never fixed it. Youād have to go to the drive thru. Never had drinks in stock, products to make the food in stock, or workers to make it. About 3 months ago, I waited over 30 minutes for a cheese pizza, which was supposed to be hot and ready. I gave up and went inside to get a refund. There were 4 very angry people in front of me wanting the same. Two guys in there. One was taking orders, the other was āmakingā the pizzaā¦. TWO PEOPLE AT 6PM!
You will never get the same worker twice, even if you go twice a week. Not sure where the disconnect lies, as itās a private owned store. The demand for customers is there, but apparently whoever runs this place isnāt even in Roanoke, thereās no way. I donāt think Iāve ever tasted the Italian cheese bread the way itās supposed to taste from this location; breadsticks as well. Itās very dry, they never cut it, and they NEVER give you the sauce.
Today, I tried and tried to order for lunch online because I forgot mine. I kept getting an error message. Decided to try and brave the drive thru⦠it wasnāt even open. Apparently they canāt find people to work and open the store.
Something needs to change, or this location needs to be demolished. Iāve witnessed the downfall for years, and kept trying to give it a chance! It could have been so good. Thereās no excuse for never having product in stock, having employees who are rude, never having the staff, and not fixing the...
