Love this Starbucks store. The staff is really friendly and always have a smile on their faces. They've got the place all decorated for the holidays and even have a decent size Christmas tree where people can leave notes on ornaments for the staff. The kids seem to enjoy making them and it also keeps them busy while you wait for your drink. I came in here on Thursday and they were having a happy hour special! I even bought one of their holiday cups which was very festive and you get a discount on your drink. I got a regular latte that was just at a perfect temperature. I added a packet of Splenda and it was just perfect. I like how their condiment section has two sides so you're not crowding the area while you're fixing your drink. Had been in Germany for five years and thought I would treat myself to my first Starbucks trip since I’ve been back. Had to wait 15+ minutes for my coffee and found they forgot about my toasted everything bagel. I had to go back and ask for it again. Thought I’d try again today and the girl at the register was busy texting on her phone. I had to interrupt her to ask if I could buy a coffee. I asked for milk and sugar. When the machine stopped she spilled my coffee, threw it out, and began to pour another. When she brought it to me she had forgotten the milk and sugar. I had to go back and ask for it again. Otherwise, I always come to this Starbucks very frequently. Most of the time the workers are friendly and willing to make a drink and rarely do they get my order incorrect. My only complaint is that the bathrooms are kinda dirty.
