Truist — Local services in Reston

I had banked with BB&T for many years and had a terrific relationship with the branch managers. Since the merger and rebranding as Truist, services have been curtailed and/or eliminated, fees increased and customer service is horrible, with limited staff and inoperable atm machines and drive throughs. I’ve experienced this at several locations, and the poor reviews confirm it. We are moving both our business and personal accounts to Chase bank as many of our associates have recommended.
