Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Contiguous United States

Everyone always have such good things to say about this Chickfila, but almost every time I visit, my order gets screwed up somehow. I have had to bring back my lunch after I got off work because my order was jacked up. I asked for a refund rather than a new order. I had my receipt and the guy was questioning "how I paid". I gave him a blank stare and handed him my receipt. I decided to write this review after I had to turn around this morning to go back to get my granola for my yogurt I ordered. Then when I did get to work and started to open the yogurt, I noticed the yogurt looked like a couple of spoonfuls. The granola in the pouch was actually more than the yogurt. This was the last straw. $2.39 is already too steep of a price for that small cup (and yes I realize there are a few pieces of fresh fruit)....

Well I had the occasion to be at this Chick-fil-A Friday afternoon. I was the third car in the Drive-Thru Lane. As I was watching the associate interact with the car in front of me. He finished with him started on the second car finished with them got to me and I asked him do you always read everything on the menu for your customers. (He had proceeded to do this for the first car in line for whatever reason). After I asked him the question that I did he asked me if I had a problem with it. He said if I did have a problem with it and there wasn't much that I could do about it. He kept on belittling me talking while I was trying to place my order and as you read my order back to me three times he got it wrong. They need to redo the parking lot. Because it was lunch time the drive thru was wrapped around the building and blocking the parking spaces infronin of the building including the handicap spots. I had my blinker on and was waiting to pull in and the man in the truck beside me just looked at me and pulled forward not allowing me to park in the handicap spot and my placard was clearly visible. This is clearly unacceptably. Even if you are able to park in one you have to wait for an excessive amount of time until someone allows you to back out because no one has any manners in today's society. The way that they designed this parking lot is a joke and until something is done I will not frequent this Chic Fila any longer. I also ask that others follow me in the effort to make them...
