I usually never have a problem with this location, but this morning has not been good for them. I placed an online order for two coffees, two sandwiches, a muffin, and a banana nut bread. My co-worker went and picked it up and when she got back they did not put the muffin, the banana bread, and one of the sandwiches. When I called and told them, the girl tried to say that my co-worker picked up the wrong bag. My co-worker went through the drive through, she did not go inside first of all. Second of all instead of trying to put the blame on someone else you should just apologize and make it right. The lady said that my co-worker could come back and pick up the correct order. When she got there they only put the muffin in the bag. My co-worker said there should be a sandwich and a banana bread in there. So they handed her two more bags. She drove off thinking that they would have gotten it right the second time around, but this did not happen. They gave here two more sandwiches, instead of one sandwich and a banana loaf bread. Read moreLet me just say that I love this location. They are usually very efficient, friendly and my order is perfect. Unfortunately today 8/17 at 11am the drive-thru was backed up (8+ cars). I went inside to get my mobile order. I realized why it was backed up when I went in to get my order. ALL of the employees were hustling…and I mean super speed like true Starbucks baristas do when they are busy…..except one. This gentleman was moving at two speeds….slow and stop. Unfortunately he was making drinks….which is what is the majority of what is being ordered. This explains why the drive-thru is backed up. My suggestion to the manager….you know the employee I am referring to. You know who is not keeping up. Put this employee on another duty. Clearly this employee either doesn’t want to be working (based on his attitude I observed while watching him) or is not capable of moving at the pace that is needed to provide the service...
Read moreI was off today and of course came later than I normally would. My drink order was not made the way it should have been. To much milk, Could not taste the matcha or peppermint. Asked for it to be remade. The barista was rude and nasty to me. Then told another barista her side. The other barista said everyone doesn’t know everyone or drinks. Said she will remake it and was also rude to me. Top it off she didn’t make it correctly either. As it wasn’t a lot of matcha nor 190 degrees. I left and went to the Starbucks on Hancock village and had it remade. I never have issues at this Starbucks as I come M-F between 5:40-6 am. They are the real deal and very nice to everyone.
