If I could rate this place a 0 I would. Did an online order and waited probably 10 min before coming into the store. As soon as I came in a customer was telling an employee not to get an attitude. Red flag but ok. I ask this same employee if I could get my chips and drink since My order wasnt up yet. He said no you need to wait in line...I explained that I ordered online...again he told me to get in the long line. Kinda defeats the purpose for online order and In store pick up..Finally I get there, a guy that I perceive is the manager or shift manager asks for my order I said its the online ticket sitting over there. He apologizes and says go make your drinks and grab your chips it will be ready soon..I say him I tried to do this when I came but was told (by mr. attitude) to stand in line....manager looks confused and apologies again. Mr. Attitude continues to complain about how he comes to work early everyday and has been there since whatever hour. So now ive been there 20 min. They dont have the cookies I ordered. Manager was nice about it but at that point I'd rather take a bullet to the head than be there one more minute. Read moreOne of the cleanest subway stores in the area by far. The staff are always nice and pleasant. As well as quick and efficient. This place is busy at certain times of the day but is always clean. The tables,floors,drink machines,and even behind the counter were spotless. I was a little disappointed in the fact they were out of lettuce since this is the only thing vegetable I ever get on my subs. Without the lettuce I couldn't consider what I got a complete subway sub.I took it home and added lettuce to the sub it's still did not taste the same. Regardless, this is the only incident I have ever had at this location that I have visited hundreds of times since it first opened. The manager apologized and said he would replace the sub the next time I came in. Unfortunately I have since lost the receipt and haven't been able to get back up...
Read moreStopped in around 7 last night, walked in there were 3 employees sitting at a table "hanging out" while a young guy was helping 2 other customers, by himself. When he got to me he looked at them and mumbled "it's ok, I'll do it all myself" his name was Thomas. He deserves a raise!!! And the others that were doing nothing while he was working need to be FIRED!!! There are so many people that need jobs, you need to get rid of them and hire people that need their job and will actually work. Thomas did great, stayed calm with no help and made us awesome subs.
