Edit: Back in town a few months after my first review. I was thinking about Sundara through the whole flight here and ordered as soon as I could. The food was every bit as good this time!
Original review: OMG-- you have to try this place!
I had ordered out of desperation, because it was late night and doordash was showing very few options that they would bring out to my hotel. I'd hoped the food would be at least mediocre. Instead, it was incredible! The lamb saag rivals the best I've ever had, but the real story here is the garlic naan-- it was amazing. Note that the naan was a much smaller piece than I'm used to-- it is well worth whatever I was charged and I'm not complaining, but I will order 2-3 pieces next time. The rice had a great texture. I can't comment on the atmosphere or service since I didn't go get it. I'm only in the area once or twice a year, so I need y'all to keep these guys in business until I'm back in the summer. There aren't that many Indian restaurants in the area and a lot of the ones that do exist are "meh" so I would call this a truly hidden gem, literally, with entry through the back door of a VFW. Honestly I think they just have an agreement to use the VFW kitchen to cook and one of the two people I chatted with is employed as a bartender there perhaps, it's really one and the same interior, hence the reason for no dine in. My only feedback on the korma was that it could have used a few more veggie and paneer chunks along with the sauce. I hope they start serving doses for takeout and not just catering, they said they're working on it! I plan to be back to try the other dishes. I saw people's disappointment about the naan, I didn't order any so I can't...

The garlic Naan and Karachi Paratha on the side were pure indulgence. The garlic Naan was perfectly soft and flavorful, while the Karachi Paratha's flaky layers and grilled crust made it a unique treat.
