Over the years I've been visiting this restaurant, I’ve been consistently impressed by the hard work and commitment of the employees. Their dedication to providing prompt service is truly commendable. While challenges can come up, I have never witnessed any negative behavior regarding service delays, which I believe speaks volumes about their professionalism.

I have had the pleasure of knowing Zaida since the restaurant opened, and I can personally vouch for her remarkable efforts. Alongside her husband, who was instrumental in the restaurant's early days, Zaida and the entire team, including Marcos, have always treated customers with the utmost respect and kindness.

I understand that not every experience may meet expectations, but I wholeheartedly support Zaida’s tireless commitment to exceptional customer service every single day. Food was pretty good, although the service was terrible. They served us our chicken into four pieces tho we asked for eight slices. We didn’t think much of it and asked if we could get it cut into eight pieces. The lady at front grew annoyed and told us that we should’ve told her while we ordered, even though we did. We grew impatient, waiting for about 20 minutes for our chicken to simply be cut into eight pieces because we didn’t want our chicken to be served cold. We politely asked the same lady at the front if it was ready and she snapped at us asking us to wait. One of my family members grew tired of the disrespect and asked her what’s up. They got into an argument while the coworkers and manager just watched, attempting nothing to stop their argument. Overall, we ended up getting our food. The same lady threw our food on the counter and we left feeling disrespected and embarrassed for causing a scene, we shouldn’t have had to experience something like this for simply trying to have a meal. This is my third time coming to this Peruvian Chicken. No doubt their chicken is good and their sides are generous. My only disappointment is their stinginess when it comes to sauce. I bought one whole chicken. I was given 4 green sauces and 4 yellow. I asked for two more green sauce because one green sauce per 1/4 chicken is not enough. The lady charged me $.25/ per extra sauce. C’mon! Really? How about giving away two green sauces per quarter chicken instead of just one sauce. That container is sooo small anyway. Please don’t be stingy with your sauce. That’s a deal breaker on which Peruvian chicken we’ll go to next time. Thank you for your attention!
