Szechuan D'lite — Restaurant in Virginia

I have never been so insulted in my life!! I ordered delivery from this restaurant and spent almost $100. When the food was delivered, I noticed we were missing a meal, so I immediately called the restaurant just to be told that I was lying…. Like, she literally said that I was lying. After going back-and-forth with her for what felt like forever, she offered me a refund, but I didn’t need a refund. I needed the meal because one of my kids couldn’t eat because we were missing his food. She told me that she could not deliver the food because they were getting ready to close early. I told her that I needed the food because one of my kids is missing dinner, and if I was lying about not receiving the meal and was trying to steal or get over on them, then I would have been happy with a refund of money, but that was not the case I needed the food, NOT the money. I asked to speak to the manager or the owner, and she stated she was the owner.

Getting into the food review, it was mediocre at best, and I have definitely had better. I am not just saying this because of the way I was treated. The food really wasn’t that good at all. I will NEVER order from this...

i ordered delivery from this place and received my food within 45 minutes. not too bad. but when i recieved my food the delivery guy looked like jesse pinkman with the exact same Sh*y attitude. i didnt give him a tip in writing because i was going to give him a tip in cash. but before i could do so. he glared at me and said "what no tip?" and began a rant on why i should give him a tip. if i wasn't in uniform i would have given him some choice words. by the time i sat down to eat my food it was cold. and the teriyaki chicken was hard....i am never ordering from this place again just because of their disrespectfull delivery guy....the one previous to that also looked like a meth head....they should really make their workers look atleast presentable to give their business a...

Spent $45 bucks only to throw the majority of the food in the trash can. The fried rice was hard , I’m not sure how old it was, it’s a shame they felt comfortable sending that out, the orange beef was... interesting... I’m not sure what that sloppy mess was but it was not like any beef I’ve ever had before nor do I want to have again. The portions are HUGE which wouldn’t be a problem if the food was good quality. I would advise this restaurant to give smaller portions but higher quality food, needless to say I will never return here, I gave them too many chances because they used to be great but I don’t see them getting there again any...
