Rude Asian Employee I do Uber delivery and have picked up order from this location at least 4 times. All deliveries i had with them was in late night after 10-11. Most of Taco Bell locations close dine-in room that time and only allow pick up drive-thru. I assumed same regulation applied to this location and been picked it up 2 times in drive-thru without any problem. Until I got one order at Sunday morning 4am-5am and an Asian employee told me to pick it up inside the store. I wasn’t sure what he said so i stopped at the window and he stared at me with a nasty eyes and just raise the order in front of my face saying nothing. I know it was late, we all tired so I just took the order and left. However, tonight I came back for another order and it was almost 11 so i went to drive thru and told to the speaker I picked up for Uber 2 orders. He answered with a SASSY voice “Umhh I don’t understand what you said but just pull over”, then I got to the window and met that Asian guy again. He handed the bag and told me “I’ll give you the order this time but next time you’ll have to pick it up inside”?? Like why did the other workers are okay with handing it through window but you aren’t ? Even if it is the rule for this location, why with that SASSY NASTY ATTITUDE? Or just because i’m not a customer just a delivery driver you think it’s okay to treat me with rudeness? I worked in restaurants too and I never treat drivers like that, especially when the drivers already try to be nice to you. I thought Asian parents teach their kids well about behavior to people, but this guy is...
Read moreMy son is a vegetarian. He ordered a 7 Layer Burrito which is all time favorite. Luckily it was a dine in Experience . He took his burrito and opened it up to fire it up with sauce. as he was doing that he felt some chunks in it. he asked me if it was meat. i checked and confirmed it was beef. How on earth does a 7 layer burrito has beef in it. when confronted the cashier he check my rx and confirmed it should not have beef in it. so he gave that to the staff to get a new one. my son was upset since he had eaten a lot of burritos at this place. all they did was just make a new one for him. when asked for the manger , she was kinda of a quick sorry and telling me it has been corrected and what seems to be the problem now. then when confronting her if this is how she compensates a wrong order she told that staff was inexperienced. i told her how does that matter to me. my son respects his religion and this is not right. after arguing she tries to take out an coupon to placate my son. i told her you could have handled it better by doing that in first place. my son insisted we complain to tacobell CS and not worry abt coupons. All Vegetarian eater beware you 7 layer burrito is not vegetarian at all times....
Read moreI’ve come to this Taco Bell location at the same time of the day, during my lunch break and the staff messed up my order AGAIN. This is the 4th time this happened. First time they gave me an item I didn’t order & left out an item I did order. Second time I ordered a hard taco, the shell was cracked, had to use fork. The third time, I ordered 2 items, one being nachos & cheese, they left the lid off resulting in my whole order being saturated with cheese, I came back in there to get my order remade. I told the nice lady at the register that I didn’t get a receipt, the older shorter woman at the drive through stated: the receipt machine was down at the drive though. As I look from behind the counter, I can see the register for the drive through and guess what, the receipt machine was working. Today was the forth time after a long break from this location and I ordered a five layer burrito, I asked if it had beans she said yes. I asked if i can get it without beans. Took a bite and guess what? It had beans. I would of taken it back but again it was on my...
