On Monday, June 10 at 6:43 a.m. made a pit stop to this location to grab a regular coffee with 3 Splenda packets. I proceeded through the Drive-thru and had to repeat myself several times my order request because the Drive-thru (Hispanic female) could not seem to get the order accurate. I proceeded to pay and pick-up order however not every franchise location follows the most simplest protocol "Add sugar condiments to coffee/tea" which is hard to fathom and for customers to know which restaurants do and do not. Instead I was handed a bag with over 10 Splenda packets in exchange for my patronage (monetary funds) and napkins. I completely became frustrated with the service provided. I was not provided a receipt with my order. A bald head white young man approached me and clearly did not demostrate skills of descalation and customer service valuales either rather He insisted on accusing the customer of "arguing" because the customer is fuming when the customer is entitled to have what the customer requested when spending my money at a restaurant establishment. He insinuated that he is not going to "argue over two cents", after he aggressive stated, "Just leave." I clear refused his antics and required him to provide me my accurate change. This establishment clearly failed and did not meet the satisfaction standards of rising to meet the customer satisfaction high quality rating on Monday, Ju e 10th. Language seemed to be a barrier for thos staff in addition to whom they serving customers and they need to accurately get...
Read moreWhat a wonderful business that goes above and beyond in bringing the community together! This Chick-fil-a truly defines what Christmas is about! It hosted a Christmas event at the nearby Hilton and was more than generous with providing an abundance of food, drinks, snacks, cocoa, crafts, entertainment, photo ops with Cow and Santa, giveaway ornaments with handwritten cards, and smiles from its employees. It was such a joyful event! The staff were accommodating, ensuring we were seated at a table with a highchair, and were very generous with distributing food to its guests, to the point that dinner became an “all you can eat” buffet! For the price of $12/pp, we all left stuffed and happy. My family came towards the last hour of the event and were never pressured to hurry. We ate our food at our own pace and were even given more food than we could handle. Even though the staff may have been tired (it was nearing 8PM) , they continued to smile and replenish the food despite the number of guests dwindling down. Even (hired) Santa stayed after closing (8PM) to take pictures with the remaining family in line. It was truly a night to remember and Chick-fil-A, you gained a family of customers FOREVER! Thank you for spreading joy, charity, love, and Christianity throughout our...
Read moreMy mom and dad and sister went through the drive through this morning at the fair lakes location and ordered breakfast on their way back from George Washington hospital and asked me what I wanted so I let them know and when my mom ordered she specifically told the lady in the drive through taking orders 2 four count chicken minis and 3 hash browns. Mom said the lady taking order was more concerned about explaining they don’t do cheese on the chicken mini. She was also more concerned about the other cars behind her than ensuring the order was correct.
Don’t get me wrong I love chick fil a. But for her to not get the order correct is kinda what the heck. We got the 3 hash browns and ONE of the chicken minis. The lady did NOT ring in the second chicken mini. So everyone within the family got their food and I only got PARTIAL of my food. Alls I got was the harsh browns and the large sweet tea.
The reason I’m writing this is because the drive thru attendants need to be more mindful to get the orders correct. Yes we all make mistakes but that’s also is what leads to...
