Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews — Restaurant in Virginia

Worst experience ever. My family of 3 and I dined in on Saturday night around 8:30pm, there were two tables in the entire place when we got there. We were seated in the bar area so the bartender was our waitress. Started off ok, we ordered an appetizer (fried pickles) and someone brought it out and immediately after someone else brought a different one and said the other one had been sitting in the window for a while and the new one was fresh so she exchanged them. We waited way too long for our food, we were told after about 30 mins they were plating our food in the back and it would be right out, it still took another 15-20 mins for it to come out. Then when it came out, the food was barely warm and we received like 6 steak fries on each order… I ordered the Whiskey BBQ Chicken wrap with no bbq sauce and my wrap came out with a red stain on it, like the wrap was laid in tomato juice but the wrap had no tomatoes on it. My daughter got the Crispy Chicken Sandwich and only ate half because the chicken had veins throughout. My boyfriend got the Red Robin Burger with the egg on it and said it wasn’t very good. Service wasn’t good, I will say the waitress/bartender was trying to keep up but they kept seating the bar tables and no one was even in the main dining room so she did end up getting 3 tables back to back while we were there waiting for our food. We asked for another order of the fries for us all since they were unlimited and rather than put an order in for all of us, she put one order in and it took forever (she said the kitchen was very busy, not sure how when there was only two other tables that had ordered there food) and again the fries only had like 6-8 fries in the refill. 01/30/23 Matt as usual made an awesome margarita, and got everything perfect as usual. Ana made my veggie burger today, perfectly made, so far I’m happy if Anna or Gloria are making my burgers 🍔😉.

11/02/22 - Im updating my review bc today my veggie burger was the best I’ve had at this Red Robin, I found out her name is Gloria, she’s an expert veggie burger maker. And this time Justin came to #1 making the house margarita, nice job!

This is the best Red Robin I've been to in VA, and I travel a lot. Their quality of food and service is much better compared to the other Red Robin's I've been to in the area including the other one in Manassas, Woodbridge, and Chantilly. The one in Fair Lakes is pretty awesome too.

I became a vegetarian in 2022 and love their lettuce wrapped veggie burger. Justin at the bar rocks, he’s so nice. Chris and Chrissy, pretty awesome and makes awesome margaritas, Justin is pretty cool too. Kudos to all of you guys for being good awesome people.

07/06/22 Whoever made my lettuce wrapped veggie burger with an added impossible patty made it so delicious and such a perfectionist, and it tasted amazing. I also love the Baja ranch dressing, I think they put happy drugs in it.

I definitely haven't been a fan of this location but tonight was it for me. Staff has always been more concerned with itself and friends, instead of customers. I asked about bar seating and was told to go ahead. Sat at the bar for 15 minutes without being acknowledged. Staff was not slammed and milling about in places as it was winding down. Someone else came in and sat at the far end of the bar, and was met by two employees almost immediately who started conversation. 5 minutes after one noticed I still had not been served but attempted to get me a beer. She stated the bartender must be smoking. What I asked for wasn't available, she said there was another option. I said sure, she went for a glass and the three individuals were discussing if they were even clean where she grabbed them from. She then found out that beer wasn't available either and made another recommendation of a completely different type of beer.
