Wawa — Restaurant in Virginia

I am a DoorDasher, and I have the same experience every-time I pick up from this Wawa. The only difference this time is I was able to get a name. This morning I went to Wawa to pickup a DoorDash order, and the service was terrible (per usual). As I approached the made to order food counter to I noticed there were no orders in the designated area, but I did notice a bag that the representative “Deb” had just finished packing. She never looked at me but she knew I was there… instead she proceeded to talk to the people around me. I tried to get her attention but I was ignored. I waited for about 10 minutes, while I waited I noticed how she greeted everyone she gave an order to and told them have a nice day. The other gentlemen that was assisting her also saw me but DID NOT say anything, and even though I was ignored… I clearly was waiting on a DoorDash order because I had my phone in my hand which is usually an indication of a delivery driver. Furthermore might I add, Deb moved to a different side of the counter becoming out of sight. Finally I got tired of being invisible and said excuse me Is that a DoorDash order, and she just handed it to me. The service we receive it horrible. This stores customer service is bad !! I was there at this Wawa in Bristow on Nokesville road. I have never written a google review even for outstanding service. Every time I go in it is clean, the staff is always friendly and seems to be in a good mood that always uplifts me. The sheets is closer to my house and I refuse to go there even if Wawa were to cost a little bit more (Which it doesn’t) because it’s worth it. John the Manager was what really set me over the top to write this review. The man was busy making food, answering the phone, and attending to everyone’s needs in a timely manner and genuinely cared. I don’t know what they are paying the people there but they need a raise or a bonus or something extra because they are just a wonderful tea, truly second to none. I have been to this wawa many many times and I've enjoyed each experience the employees are great. Today on June 12 around 6pm a man who was about to leave it looked like helped me with an issue I had but I didn't get his name, and also one night I asked for HOT PEPPERS NOT JALAPEÑOS (yes there's a big difference) on my hogie and a man put jalapeños on mine instead and that would've been very bad if I didn't notice, bad reaction from my body. I called and I believe her name was Kathleen or something of the sort said my next hoagie she'd buy on her and that she's sorry for the inconvenience and wants her customers happy. Although I never went to retrieve this hoagie, I'm more of a wawa coffee person, I still appriciate her gesture.
