Yesterday, the weather was rainy and I really wanted to eat Vietnamese noodles. So I searched on Google and chose a place with good reviews. First of all, I was so hungry that I thought about just leaving while waiting for my order. The table smelled like old rags. Still, I waited with the expectation that the food would be okay, but what I ordered was chicken wings and two bowls of noodles. My husband and I hate cilantro, so I asked them to leave it out. While waiting for the food, the smell from the table was unbearable, and on top of that, there were three small flying bugs in front of me. After waiting, the food came out, but the noodles had a lot of cilantro in them that I didn't want. When I told them, they took it back to the kitchen and took out the cilantro one by one. The soup had already completely absorbed the cilantro smell, and the meat in the noodles started to smell strange. I couldn't eat any more after eating two chopsticks, so I looked at my husband. My husband brought it up first and said that it smelled too bad to eat, so we paid the bill and just left. I may be considered a person with a sensitive sense of smell, but I really couldn't stand it. I wouldn't recommend it to...

Review of Pho Sapa

Pho Sapa, while quick in serving food, leaves much to be desired in customer service and overall dining experience. Despite the friendly demeanor of the staff, the service felt disjointed, with multiple servers creating confusion and a lack of attentiveness. One server even ate in front of us, neglecting basic needs like drinks and napkins.

The food itself was underwhelming. The soup my daughter ordered was bland and untouched, yet no effort was made to address this or offer a meaningful alternative. While spring rolls or fries were suggested, the lack of flexibility or customer-focused solutions was disappointing.

Additionally, inconsistencies in their menu and kitchen practices—like offering tripe but being unable to prepare it—added to the frustration. The experience reflects a lack of emotional intelligence and understanding of basic hospitality.

While Pho Sapa may appeal to those seeking fast service, the lack of care in service and mediocre food quality make it a poor choice for those who value a thoughtful dining experience. For better pho and better service, I’d recommend exploring other options...

The service was very nice a little pushy to order fast didn't want you to read the menu or answer questions but was still nice and after they drop the soup you are on your own there's no reason to come back and check on you because you pay...

Nice, clean restaurant. Service was subpar. They dropped off food and never returned. Perhaps they thought there was no need since you pay at the counter. Bun bo hue had no flavor. Different from past experience here. The broth was clear and no lemongrass, no fermented shrimp paste flavor. You shouldn't have to put several spoons of any sauces... That's the flavor profile of authentic, well simmered broth. Sizzling beef steak with baguette(bo ne sapa) was pretty good. Juicy and well seasoned.

This is by far the best Pho restaurant I've tried in my entire life. The Pho has always been exquisite and super fast. The service has also been fantastic, especially the young beautiful girl named Mau there, She's always been helpful and attentive. The atmostphere is clean and friendly. Also, they just made a Bar which looks incredibly nice, whoever wanna drink can come during happy hours to get cheap alcohols. highly recommend.
