Crumbl — Restaurant in Virginia

Day 2 of grand opening, around 8pm. Never heard of this place but wife wanted to try it. We get there after a 30 min drive and after a small line out the door they are sold out of the chocolate strawberry cheesecake, which is all she wanted, and why we came.

We got ruby chocolate chip and regular chocolate chip instead. Fresh out of the oven indeed! Regular chocolate chip cookies were terrible. Very thick mountainous poorly formed not fully cooked.. Tried them at home 30mins later still warm, still not fully cooked mountains of dough. Terrible, taste worse then regular nestle chip cookies made from scratch at home, with tasteless very pale milk chocolate, then upset my stomach all night long into the morning.

Worst $4 per cookie I've ever eaten. Total disappointment. I know this was day 2 of a very busy grand opening but your staple chocolate chip cookie is awful, Mrs. Fields is way better. Cookies from a box or tube at the grocery store is better or equal and way cheaper.

Staff were all very young and filthy from working crazy hard, but very nice, polite, and knowledgeable.

This was already a bad business model. Cookies, milk, and water, that's it, and open until 10pm-12am depending on day of the week? I guess you think stoners and drunks have money to burn. My bet is you will go out of business in a year or so, if that.

Product is not good, options WAY to limited. This might work for elite no-nothing rich snobs in the city, who have never baked at home to know what good cookies are, but out here in the suburbs and rural we know good food and this was a huge failure. I will not be back at that price, quality, and taste.

Sorry but as a major regular chocolate chip cookie lover since childhood, I can't let you keep ripping people off and making them sick without warning them.

Save your taste buds, money, and stomach, go elsewhere.

I ordered for cookies to be delivered to my home. Just before 2PM. The estimated delivery time was asap-2:38pm. That time came and went and the cookies had still not even been picked up. A updated was given for almost ten minutes later and stated that they would be delivered at 2:47pm. The cookies were still not delivered. I could not track the cookies anymore because the "delivery time" had passed. What a flaw. After the time passed it just said enjoy your cookies. They had not even been delivered. I paid a big delivery fee and the services I paid for were not rendered as stated. The cookies were delivered right around 3PM. If I knew they were going to take that long I could have gone and picked them up myself twice. I contacted Crumbl support. They told me that the cookies were delivered at 2:35pm which was definitely not the case. They lied and changed the delivery time to cover themselves. I did not let them get away with this. I was instructed to reach out directly to the manager at this location. I sent them an email, explained the situation, and asked for a refund for the delivery fee. No response over 5 days. I sent a follow up email. No response ever. I contacted the Crumbl support again and they fixed the situation since this individual spot wouldn't even respond. Unacceptable customer service. Only time I have ever had an issue with Crumbl. Will never go to this...

I live 40 minutes away. I went here because my husband had points on his account $40 worth. I tried to redeem these points and order cookies while in the parking lot. It's not working and declined me twice. So I went into the store only to realize I've been charged twice and they took $40 of the crumbl cash and I didn't even get a discount paid full price AND THEY NEVER EVEN GOT MY ORDER. The lady working there that helped me said that there was nothing she could do and that the manager would call me by the end of the day. This was two days ago. Before I left I asked for the manager's number and she said she's not supposed to give the manager's number out which didn't make sense to me if the manager was supposed to call me anyway and she's not at work.

I never received a call or my money or my crumbl cash back. What kind of customer service is this???? In total I lost almost 100$ at this location I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND going to this location just to...
