Tazo Pizza — Restaurant in Virginia

Let me start by saying im giving them 2 stars only because they where here in 35 mins and not 45 like they expected. Customer service was horrible! The lady who took my order was a little rude and interruptive at times but hey, no big deal. The guy shows up and knocks on the door. I was upstairs, in the bathroom, and didn't hear him. Next thing i know the guy is banging on my door hard enough to rattle the picture frames. I answer it and he seems in a big hurry and acts like he has been waiting 20 minutes. So i sign off on the check as he is saying "better make it a big tip". Then makes a smartass remark because i only gave him $3. Seriously horrible customer service. Lets just say the food wasn't any better. Looks like they took a small clump of condiments and threw it on one side of the pizza. It also wasn't cooked fully in middle and was soggy. Let me tell you something about tazo pizza: Everything is awesome! This is a delivery restaurant you will be GLAD you know about. A hidden gem, amongst so much unworthy competition. They will tell you your food will be there in an hour, and you'll get a knock on your door not a half hour later. They'll probably be here before I'm done writing this! I've never had a meal come incorrect from there, but i can tell you that their service goes above and beyond. Tazo Pizza is my local non chain pizza joint. We have been using them for a couple years now for our pizza fix. They have an excellent thin crust and decent toppings. They deliver on time and hot. Really what else do you need in a pizza joint? In response to an earlier post, no English is not the managers native language, but we never have any problems ordering pizza. He always seems to recognize me and has never been rude. We had one issue with one delivery, new driver got lost, and he was quite gracious.
