Horrible experience here today. We waited in line 20 mins only to find out when we got up to order they were out of all of their burger options other than a plain cheeseburger. I asked the gentleman (who might I add, gave off the impression he hated working there and everyone was inconveniencing him) if they would have the chorizo burger out anytime soon. He mumbled something about how he doesn’t know and he doesn’t normally work there and they had one cook today so they only had the cheeseburger right now. Ok fine. So we buy our $18 plain cheeseburgers and head out into the dining room. They have a “burger bar” with toppings - of which the only thing stocked was jalapeños and Mayo. Ketchup, tomato’s, lettuce, pickles, all completely out. So we ate our plain $18 burgers and fries with no ketchup out of pure frustration at this point because there wasn’t even a staff member around to even ask about having anything restocked. The trays were stacked up crazy high on the trash cans, tables dirty everywhere. My husband finally saw a staff member walk by and mentioned to her we had been there about 15 mins eating at that point and they had been out of everything to which she was shocked and finally minutes later had condiments brought out. This is our first year as gold pass holders and we are sure hoping this food experience (as well as a few other poor ones today and out of stock issues everywhere we ran into) don’t set the tone for the whole season. Food was pretty good and fast. Staff was nice.
However, the floor was so incredibly greasy that it felt like a skating rink. Dude was just pushing the spills around with his mop. He needs to use some soapy water.
