This location has been my go-to WaWa for at least 5 years. I work nearby and get breakfast & lunch there 4 or 5 days a week, so I spend a lot of money with them every month. But lately, the service has taken a nosedive, and the staff's attitude has increased. My food orders are being made wrong, things I paid extra for aren't being added, and the response I get when I ask it to be corrected is almost surly. The staff seems to be having a good time, with lots of joking around and loud conversations going on between them whenever I'm in there. And that's good: if your workplace can be enjoyable and your co-workers aren't toxic, your job isn't going to make you miserable. But you still have to make orders accurately. I'm paying for food and have a reasonable expectation I'll get what I just paid for, as I ordered it. And for the love of God don't cop an attitude. I'm painfully polite in my interactions with every store employee, and don't deserve your disdain. This has happened multiple times in the past couple of weeks, and while I'm loath to go somewhere else and change my daily routine, there are a dozen other places I can spend my money. WaWa is a huge corporation, and won't miss my business, but it would be a shame to lose any customers over staff problems that can be easily remedied by management, or just by paying attention to what...
Read moreThis Wawa when it comes to delivery orders sucks! Every delivery order I’ve placed has came incorrect! It’s almost as if they do it on purpose. I order a Red Bull , they put a monster in the bag. I ordered a Take 5 Reese they put a regular 5 cup Reese in the bag. I ordered a sugar free Red Bull, they gave me a regular one. I ordered a pretzel, they never sent it. This most recent order, I got someone else sandwich so I’m sure they’re complaining as well. I’ve been reimbursed for one before because they didnt put anything that I ordered in the bag except for the sandwich. Everytime I seek reimbursement, I get the run around because I’m sure it looks like I’m making this stuff up but I take pictures, everytime to prove it’s wrong. Long story shirt I ordered through the app to pick up, went to pick it up, waited about 10 minutes then asked, and the lady told me that “they are working on it” which I assumed was based on facts but I should have known something was up when she pointed at the dude making chicken fingers and I ordered a breakfast burrito and a bagel but it is what it is. Another 20 minutes I asked about it again and they had no idea so I told them I was late for work and not to worry about it. Anyway, jokes on me I just went to a different Wawa and got a bagel. I tried calling the store back to get a refund and they gave me a fake number to “corporate”.
