Wawa — Restaurant in Virginia

I have been going to this store for just over a year now. I go in at all times of the day. 98% of the employees are fantastic. You have 2 employees that stand out to be your bad ones. Nicholas and your General Manager, not sure if these two are related or if they are just extremely close. Multiple times I have heard Nick and the GM make comments about certain employees then laughing about it. Nick is extremely rude to the other employees almost to the point of bullying. Now I wont discount the work he does. Maybe he is just mad because he has to do the other work of the GM since she has never been seen anywhere else but behind the register. Ordered subs for my wife and I. One was correct, the other did not include two items i asked for and had other items added i did not ask for. I only realized this after driving back home. Drove back to the store to ask them to remake the sandwich and was met with a woman who grabbed my sandwich, didn’t even look at what was wrong with it, and just asked me what “ exactly was wrong with this sandwich.” it takes a second to open the sandwich bag and see exactly what was wrong but she seemed to be leaving soon, as she was telling someone else to make the sandwich and someone else to help another. not sure why it’s such a burden as a customer to ask to remake a wrong sandwich. i won’t try...

This is one of the worst wawa I have ever been to . I am a frequent customer of wawa . I actually come here mutiple times a day . Jamaica is very rude and disrespectful . I stood at the register for 8 minutes . She was nowhere to be found . She then showed up and took the person behind me as if I wasn’t standing at the register . I let her know I was first and she stated I don’t care I’m going to take him. She then snatched my food items ,gave me no bag I had over 6 items in my hand nor a recipe .
