Zero Empathy, Zero Responsibility: After ordering a pizza delivered to my father's apartment online, I waited for a confirmation of delivery. An hour later, I decided to track the order. It was delivered to the wrong address, but there was no way to contact the driver. There was a phone number for Little Caesars Delivery Issues, so I called. No one answered for four minutes. So, I called the actual store where the pizza was made. I explained what happened to the manager and he told me they could not help in any way, saying it was my fault for not putting the apartment number into the order. I told him that I had specified not only the exact apartment number, but wrote a note for the driver to look for the rocking chair on the front porch and to knock on the door. I explained my father is in his 80s and has trouble walking, especially outside of his apartment. The driver had left the pizza on the wrong porch, took a picture and posted it as "delivered." I asked the manager of Little Caesars, if I didn't leave an apartment number, why didn't the driver call to ask me which number it was? He said he couldn't answer that question and instructed me to call Doordash. I told him I never authorized Doordash to deliver my order and asked him why he isn't taking responsibility for the pizza his store sold me. He refused to say anything else. So, I called the Little Caesars Delivery Issues phone number again and waited for someone to answer. I spoke to two staff members, one of which was a supervisor. They both said the exact same thing: It was my fault and they would not do anything to help. No refund, no empathy, no responsibility for the pizza they sold me, which was delivered to someone else, not my dad. Ultimately, I had to drive 30 minutes to my father's apartment complex and search for the pizza myself, door to door. When I finally found it, the tenant of that apartment said he had been on the phone for 15 minutes with Little Caesars trying to figure out whose pizza had been delivered to him and no one would tell him. He was talking to the same store I ordered it from. To make matters worse once I got to my dad's home with his cold pizza, it was not even cooked all the way through. The middle of the pie was...
Read moreNovember 2024: gave Little Caesar’s another try tonight and we weren’t disappointed! The pizza crust was perfect and the toppings were just right! It still seemed like a ghost town in the restaurant when I first went in but then I saw some staff and they were friendly and welcoming. I didn’t get to post pics this time but it was way different than the last experience.
July 2024: We ordered 3 pizzas, all of the crusts were so soft that we had to actually bake them some more when we got home. That didn’t even help some of them - the crust on one was rolled so thin that the sauce and cheese were literally coming through the crust on the bottom and the pizza slices were breaking as they were held. The crazy bread did not have much seasoning at all but it had a good texture. I did use the portal for pickup but there weren’t any employees up front to greet us as we picked up the pizza. It seemed like a ghost town. I did hear someone yell out to an employee as they were getting off work and walking out the door. All in all, not the best experience. *Update, contacted corporate customer service via X and was told to call the corporate number. I did that twice and was on hold for over 10 minutes both times, didn’t...
Read moreYes, I made a mistake and went to the wrong location to pick up the pizza. However; the manager at the Midlothian store called the manager at the Parham road location and I Verbatim hear him say to refund and they would make it here. With the verbal confirmation from the two managers I went ahead and swiped again. Well when I saw it was never returned to the card, I called to see what happened. The team member who answered was a rude and unhelpful as she could be. She said it was my fault and that's how we handle previous situations (did not seem to care that I was informed incorrectly at all.) Clearly that was no important to her at all. She went on to say nothing she could for me. Her words were " I mean , I can take your name down, but my managers in the bathroom." Yes you told me that 5 minutes ago and proceeded to argue its been "4min and 57seconds" then hung up on me. No worries, I will eat the extra $35 because the team member who answered the phone stated; it was my fault. But, I would've have appreciated the honestly from the mangers at both store on that Saturday, that way I could have decided to go back to the proper location to pick up. Very...
