Chick-fil-A continues to be a reliable spot for a quick, delicious meal, and my recent visit was no exception. The service was, as always, top-notch. From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted with genuine smiles and a "my pleasure," which is always a refreshing change. The staff was efficient and friendly, making the whole ordering process smooth and pleasant. The classic chicken sandwich was perfectly cooked, juicy, and flavorful. The waffle fries were hot, crispy, and just the right amount of salty. I also decided to try the mac and cheese, which, while creamy and well-prepared, was a little bland for my taste. It could have used a bit more seasoning or perhaps a sharper cheese to really elevate the flavor. Despite the minor mac and cheese hiccup, the overall experience was excellent. I went this morning to get 2 parfaits and a chicken biscuit. I got home, and my biscuit was missing...I get it, we are humans and we make mistakes :) I did call to let them know my biscuit was missing...I have the chick fil a app to been able to receive some kind of credit or reward for this, but for some reason my name was not popping up and the nice lady that I spoke with Jenna, said that next time I go to chick fil a to just tell them my name and they will give me I believe a biscuit. Well...I’m pregnant and was really craving the biscuit, but there was no way I was leaving my house again, it’s cold! I’m from Texas so this 29 degree weather is not for me. I received a call from chick fil a 5 minutes later after we hung up and they said they would bring the biscuit to me :) I’ve been to their location lots of times with my husband, they are truely the best and have excellent service. The best employees and managers. I’m grateful for their service...
