On Tuesday September 26, on my lunch break @12:30 I went to this restaurant,Ohhh my goodness! Drove up to drive thru window and was waiting to order. I waited for at least two minutes,saying "hello""hello" so I drove around to the first window. Set there, no one came! Went to the second window and literally had to blow my horn. Finally, the manager came to the window and I explained how nobody asked to take my order and I was sitting, that's why I drove around. This is what she proceeds to tell me" You must have been at the wrong window because I have on the headset and I didn't hear your truck. So you have to drive back around to drive thru to make your order". I was shocked! First, there's only one window to order,a window to pay, and one to pick it up. I went on to explain to her that I shouldn't have to do that! In the meantime,the cars that were behind me paid and received their food from the paying window. When I tell you that I was at a loss for words behind the customer service I received! I'm 50 years old and have never had such a horrible customer service experience! I just drove off and went to their competitor and received the best service. While driving off, my eyes did fill with water. Read moreHORRIBLE I would give it zero went to this business 2/16 around 2-3 I made it home and seen they gave me short of what I paid for I purchased 2 4 for 4 and 2 5 for 5. I called them they told me come back they’ll switch them which I then had to drive all the way back for their mistake. On arrival the manager was nasty as I was telling her she cut me off and said pass her the bags. I went to pass 3 bags out of 2 I had to switch out being they had the order wrong she snatches the bags then snaps one is missing a burger which was mine being I paid for it. As I try to place the burger in the bag shes holding close it falls to driveway floor. She proceeds to tell me I'm gonna eat that same burger . I pulled up out of drive thru cus I realize ppl at these jobs act so tuff behind counters protecting them. I went inside to ask for a refund she argues for me to go get the drinks and she’ll give me my refund once I brought the drinks in I proceeded to the register where she told me insert my card. I thought she processed my refund being it said approve she also gave me no receipt. I left and forgot to get a general manager number so I called back she says look on the receipt I said ma’am I’m asking for your bosses number she says well too bad and hangs up. Read moreMy wife ordered food for pick up through Uber eats. When I got there I was met by an extremely rude young lady with star shaped acne covers on her face. First she told me that she didn't understand me. Then she told me that my order wasn't there and said I have the wrong address. Then closes the window in my face, then comes back and says it might be in here but now you have to come inside to get it. Needless to say I parked and went inside. Then a young man asked me what the name of the order is, I tell him and he says that they don't have an order from me or my wife. Mind you I gave 1st and last name and was told my order wasn't there. I call my wife to have her send confirmation. I showed the same young man the order confirmation and verified the address with him. Then he says "oh why didn't you just say your last name?" I was like I told you my wife's first and last name, like, are you serious? And the whole time, my family's order is sitting on the counter directly behind him. From my arrival at the drive through until I got my food took roughly 30 minutes and needless to say our food was cold and unappetizing. Truly a waste.
