This Wendy’s is obviously horrible, want to know why it’s horrible? Because of the customer service and how they made my food. I ordered a big bacon classic combo everything on the sandwich besides the pickles and this girl with brown hair with glasses messed up my order she placed my sandwich with no cheese and added cheese sauce but that’s not what I wanted, I told her a cup of cheese on the side but not on the sandwich it was supposed to be American cheese, then she was like well when I added the cheese sauce it took the American cheese off. this other lady with dreads and another girl had an attitude with me telling me it was gonna be an up charge but again they made my food wrong and didn’t read me back my order. I was being polite and explaining what was wrong and they was getting smart with me all because the girl with the brown hair wasn’t paying attention and barely communicating with me about my food. I wouldn’t recommend anyone coming here even I work fast food and I give out the best customer service but Wendy’s works do not at all!!! ( by the way their food is never fresh whenever I come in or the drive through and sometimes the fries aren’t even cook all the way which is unsafe because I’ve had some of my...

All of these comment posters must work here or be related to management. I have been in Yorktown for the 35 years I have been alive and this establishment gives a bad name to the other Wendy's by the reservoir and every other Wendy's in existence. This particular establishment has taken a 360 turn from its previous service. NOTHING we have gotten in the drive thru here in the past 3 years has been right. Not one instance. We return due to lack of better option in the immediate area only to experience the same things. Poor, slow service, alright food but the food you get is never right and the order you get is never complete, ever. It has happened every time. So frequent that I have contemplating asking if they have a training manual advising employees to short food in order to get them to park, come in and possibly order something else in addition to what they ordered and didn't get in the drive thru. It is an every day occurrence here. I am not sure if this is on purpose or if they just lack serious attention to detail with every single order that goes out the window. They want $15 but never get an order right. It is simply read and bag.
